I'm always checking this site last...........I was truly bummed Adam didn't win, but he's better off. He doesn't have to sing "No Boundaries" over again! Kris and Adam have become great friends and that's nice to see. Adam has had an offer from Queen and Kiss to perform whenever! Adam is on his way to being a super star. David Cook's brother, Adam, was in the audience again on Tuesday, but I didn't see him there last night. He has terminal brain cancer which has spread. The orange bracelet David wears and the initials AC (on his guitars and some jackets) are his brother's intials. I think the reason David was just a little 'down' on tuesday was because his brother was in the audience. His home town collected $27,000 dollars and the Kansas City Royals put the remainder amount in, to total $80,000, to fly his brother on board a medically staffed plane to see David perform and win! What a great finale show. Loved ZZTop with David. I really loved hearing Jason Castro singing Hallelujah. I didn't like the brush off intro by Ryan for Jason though. Skunk girl (Amanda) acted as though she didn't want to be there and she might have had a few drinks! LOL The judges had to make amends for Tuesday night's bashing remarks because they knew David Cook was going to win. I'm sure they made those remarks to get the voters out and get their pick to win this one. He would have anyway with a 12 million vote lead. -------------------------------------- Sometimes we're just being Humans.....But we're always Human Beings.

The judges, I think, wanted it to appear that they were pimping David A............it drew out more votes for Cook. They know Cook will make more money for them. Cook didn't do that badly, and it might have been a little off for him last night, maybe from nerves, stress, having his brother in the audience and knowing his condition is so grave, and maybe just thankful the whole show is finely coming to an end. They were really harsh on Cook last night and there really wasn't reason for it. -------------------------------------- Sometimes we're just being Humans.....But we're always Human Beings.

I don't feel that Jason threw himself under the bus by choice. He probably was the most inexperienced on the show and he is the first to admit it. He also had not sung in public except maybe a handful of times, where the others all had performed on stage or had previous recording contracts. Jason was relieved to have been sent home. He didn't know how he could learn 3 songs in a week, when he had trouble learning 2 songs his last week. He sings with such emotion and has stated that he has to become involved with the song and 'feel it', to do it well. All of his studio recordings are really good. He is one very smart young man scholasticly. I really would like to see David Cook win, and I think the producers are smart enough to realize the potential if he does in fact win. They've been swaying it so far in David Cook's direction, that it's quite obvious their chosen 'one' has changed. -------------------------------------- Sometimes we're just being Humans.....But we're always Human Beings.

I have all his studio recordings, he sounds really good. I think he is ready to go home, he's tired of being kicked around the last few weeks. Never has Idol had a contestant quite like Jason Castro and I love it. They just don't know what to do with him and they've tried very hard to get rid of him. David Cook really did well with Baba O'Reilly. He did seem down tonight, and I'm wondering if maybe his brother is not doing well and he's worried about him. Sad to say it will probably be Jason going home, but I think he's ready. I do really like his singing style, so I hope he does record something. David A............I just don't like him. I hate watching him sing, and he's so 'breathy' that it's annoying but at least he's not licking his lips anymore. I just don't see him as an 'Idol'. Someone here said something about sounding better in a studio...........? They most definitely sound better on studio recordings. If you want them, find them here. There are a bunch of other sites for downloads as well.......... Jason actually records very well and I like his voice and style. David Cook should be the winner. David A is downright annoying.
