I take Tre'sor running with me. It took him about a month but now he is very good about staying with me and not chasing every little leaf or blade of grass that moves. We found out last night he likes dill pickles but not sweet pickles. Funny thing is i never wanted this dog. My second ex wife brought him home as a puppy. Put a real burger on there, that would be impressive. My Standard Poodle (75lbs) will hold out for a few minutes but then goes for it. Yeah The folks there are great. Ernie got me hooked up at the Dusty Saddle so i could at least get a beer at the end of the long waits. They take following all the rules to an extreme, which i guess is good. Someone told me they do that because the owner is on the board for the USPA. But it is a great facility and i'll go back there someday. Until i get better at flying my canopy i liked that you could land just about anywhere there. Its like my last girlfriend, FLAT! Yeah it was cold but we are used to it. It is a whopping 6f today. Now thats impressive to jump off there, not much room between buildings and almost no where to land. That was funny! but i am not crazy enough to get married again. (Divorced twice) We were standing on the on the observation deck of the old world headquarters for GM in Downtown Detroit, I was looking over the side thinking about skydiving and all my employees and the engineers were looking at me like i had just lost my mind! OK, I had all these plans to jump all over down south this winter. I made it to Skydive Dallas on December 8th and got one hop and pop because of the weather. Now work has kept me from jumping. Its great that i have work, don't get me wrong, i am happy to have work and i travel all over the world but i cant stop thinking of my next jump. All my travels so far this winter have taken me to Eastern Europe where it is cold. I cant even seeem to get to the rock climbing with my home DZ pals. GEEEZ, no one is selling them. The women outnumber the men there like 5 to 1. Yes there are bad people there to take advantage of the young girls just like heere in the USA. There a many beautiful girls there and thier choices are limited with men, jobs and school. It is truly a palce of the have and have nots. Yes the girls there are more realistic than the women here. I have a young (24) lady who interpets at my classes and her and i have had many conversations about this. She is gorgeuos and she knows she is. But she also knows many others are too. She says the men thier are not very desirable because of drinking, and other bad qualities. ( her words not mine) Think about it, if your a man in that situation you have just become a comodity without even trying. So yes they learn early that thier avenues to a better life are limited. In closing you would not belive how many professional men i have met there looking for a wife from the USA and other countries. These mail order agencies have offices where you can go and look through photo albums and pick someone you want to meet. They arrange it and you meet. These agencies will even rent you a cell phone that works there so they can call you, they have apartments for you stay also. Lets face it, they wouldnt be in bussiness if they were not making money, which means men are going. I work with two engineers who have married this way. They both swear by it. One is married 5 years now and the other 7. If i ever was crazy enought o marry again, thats what i would do, You both go into it knowing what you want, not like all the games you have to play here in the States. Just one mans opinion. I work and travel all over Eastern Europe and have met many women there. I have an apartment in Kiev and Czech. The women there are beautiful, straight forward about how they feel and what they want. The vast majority take very good care of themselves and are very smart. I dont want to get married again but an Eastern Euro woman would be at the very top of the list, especially Czech or Polish. It was pointed out that i have given bad advice, Chicago in Winter is NOT a good place to jump, I apologize for that, Somehoe i missed the Xmas part, don't ask how i missed it when it is clearly right there, but i wasnt thinking. The shopping part got me excited. I think i am the only man on the planet that actually enjoys shopping. The jumping is a no go, but the City Of CHicago is a great place to visit any time of the year, minus the jumping in Winter,They dont call it the windy city for nothing! Definitely Skydive Chicago, Great jumping and just a 30 minute drive to the Magnificient mile. Some of the best shopping in the country and some of the finest resteraunts.
