    The best case of justice I have heard in a long time. I would love to see the US courts go this way. In fact, I would be happy to argue the case when I return to law practice.     fly hang gliders. I've spent some time discussing the pros and cons with paraglider pilots. Get the advice of a paraglider instructor before you try anything. My thoughts: 1. I'm pretty sure a paraglider sail will not do well in a terminal velocity situation. It's not built for that. 2. Thermals very rarely go over about 8,000ft. Paragliders can very much thermal, just not as well as hang gliders. 3. You would have to learn to paraglide before adding power. 4. My philosophy is that my hang glider is about flying. Skydiving is about freefall. I think of my canopy as just a way to end safely. I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

    Just swapped over from SC. That always seems to make me want to quibble over the most mundane things. For instance, since they have unearthed the remains and intend to put them somewhere else, can you really call it the last resting place?     No doubt. But as it is written, it has a definition that would make all detachable box magazine fed semi-auto long arms illegal. I can't imagine that was an error.     Actually, I consider that one merely erroneous and not insulting. Communism is a form of governance. In it's pure form, it has some merits. It works in small communities. It just doesn't seem to work on a large scale. But you used the 'Y' word. Them's fightin' words! I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..     http://www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/assault-weapons I didn't want to believe some of the stuff I came across, so I went to the source. This is Sen. Feinstein's site and the actual text link. Page 13 defines a pistol grip as, ‘‘(46) The term ‘pistol grip’ means a grip, a thumbhole stock, or any other characteristic that can function as a grip." So, if it is semi-auto, can take a detachable magazine, and you can hold onto it....it is illegal to sell or transfer. Oh, and the .22 squirrel gun I had as a kid is now an assault weapon. Even if it doesn't have a detachable magazine, if it can hold over ten rounds, it counts. As written, this is far more broad than advertised.     Sometimes, I think Shah got ahold of Andy's login and is screwing with us. But on point...what does it matter if they are gay? As long as they are not teaching sexuality in the Boy Scouts, I'm not sure it's a problem. I think the biggest problem is confusing homosexual with sexual deviant or pedophile. Now, there is statistical evidence that gay men are promiscuous. Let's face it, they are men without the inhibitor of having to convince a woman to go along. The other party is just as motivated. But, the jump to pedophilia is a different story as far as I can tell. Based on historical evidence, I would have to say you would protect the boys better by banning priests from the Boy Scouts.     For me, it actually was as romantic an environment as they say. I actually saw several couples kissing passionately on the street, in the park, etc. Pretty well pissed me off. I really wanted someone to....well....you know. I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..     Certainly doesn't look like being armed improved them. Nobody is suggesting the US be completely disarmed. Not even Diane Feinstein is suggesting that. As for murder rates, did you really want to compare the murder rates in the France versus the US? Really? You are correct. Being armed did not help in this isolated incident and it did not hurt. Therefore, using this specific scenario to draw broad conclusions is illogical and emotions based argument. Diane Feinstein has made no secret of the fact that she wants to disarm the population. I'm not sure how you came to the opposite conclusion. I never brought up murder. Where did you get that? I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..     An armed man will kill an unarmed man with monotonous regularity. Explain to me how disarming the SEAL would have given him better odds. Just for fun... I visited Paris this weekend. Everywhere I went, I had to go through a metal detector and submit my bag for search. Everywhere I went, there were young (probably none over 21) people in uniform with automatic weapons. It seems disarming the citizenry hasn't done much to improve the safety there. So, they are now more safe with some people carrying automatic weapons. The paradoxes hurt my brain.     Was amazing. The palace itself is incredible. Then, they filled it with so many treasures. I kept getting lost and did not care at all. Visited the Arch D'Triumph and Eiffel Tower as well. Stayed long enough to see the tower lit up. Great day. I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..
