The original text in the original language is the only truth. Many do not have that luxury to understand the original language, but most of the translations collectively convey the same idea to anyone who has a brain. I do not find the Koran to be the Word of God...anyone with the Spirit can decern the differences....It is similar to that of the apocrapha...not necessarily in word, but in tone. John 10:1-21 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door but climbs in by another way, that man is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the gatekeeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers." Muslims are also gentiles, and the Lord has brought millions to this great country of religious freedom. Many Believe in our lord, they just haven't heard his word...It is our responsibility to share it with them. They are a very faithful people...all you have to do is show them some love and say the name Jesus, and they will praise him in front of your face... I just wish I could show you what I mean...These people are desperate for God...we spend so much time arguing with prideful unbelievers in vain, when all we have to do is show love to his "muslim" children that he brought here from afar...and they will believe...I've seen it. This is basic strategy...you defeat the enemy from within. Demons are not in the bars, nor on street corners destroying lives...that is just basic human depravity taking it's course. Demons are within the church, for the soul purpose of attempting to destroy it and damaging it's witness, both directly and inderectly through their influence. I'm not usually big on catholic interpretation since many of it's interpretations are clearly antithical to scripture.(and I will gladly and without effort prove that to anyone who challenges that notion.)
