Ooooh, I'm a cute female and I'd be more than willing to pack for ya
-
Admit nothing, deny everything, and make counter-accusations...
-
A friend just sent this to me and I thought it was funny...

I always pack my rig before I go home, guess since I pack for almost everyone else on the DZ, I'm in packing mode and mine just gets thrown into the rotation (or I figure, what's one more, might as well just do it). I do however, pack reserves at home so I can take my time on those and have less distractions (unless its slow at the DZ, then I go use the loft).

Congratulations to Andy and Best Wishes to you Piriya!

All of you stink! I've got about 70 this year so far, but I suppose that's good for me because whenever I'm at the DZ I always end up packing for people...Good money though...

I already know enough Spanish to get around and to have a decent conversation, but it'd be nice to learn more...I'd also like to learn Chinese, Polish, and French too but don't think that's gonna happen any time soon!

I think that men and women have different advantages. I agree with the statement that men make [most] of the rules, but yes, boobs do give women a big advantage in certain respects. But I also think that men have the advantage that [I feel] they can get away with things that women can't plus, men usually make more money in the work place.

I definately agree! It all depends on how into the sport you are and how much you and your SO are willing to compromise. As for me, at this point in my life a wuffo boyfriend is not an option![because I'm not willing to spend time away from the DZ on a beautiful weekend].
-
That's pretty cool too:)
-
YES!!

I don't have a boyfriend...so does that exclude me??
-

I have a tribal/chinese character tattoo and it doesn't come with a complex, deep story

I think I would define a skydiver as someone who enjoys doing it on a regular basis...which could be every weekend, every day, once a year...but skydiving definately has to be something that they enjoy doing. I feel it should be something they do more than once or semi-frequently...Like I've gone skiing a handfull of times but definately don't consider myself a skier because its not something I'm passionate about...Skydiving on the other hand... I also think ratings help define a skydiver too...because that shows that skydiving is something you enjoy. Although this is not a hard and fast rule, so lack or possession of ratings does not alone a skydiver make. All in all, I think its hard to define a skydiver, but basically, actually jumping (in my mind solo unless a disability prevents that) and passion for it definately has to come into play in my mind. Other than that, I think it has to be decided on a case by case basis. [I consider myself a skydiver becasue its something that's constantly on my mind, I do it as often as school, money and wuffo friends allow

2:7:1 1 exhausting day packing for the MWSL meet to fund my jumping/beer habit, 7 awesome jumps, including #300! 1 case of beer for #300 (but all in all we bought $120 worth of booze which led to 1 massive hangover for work today!!!) whooohooo!

I definately agree, Hinckley does have a lot of good looking women! -
What do your parents think of your skydiving?
FallingAngel replied to andy2's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
My Dads a skydiver so needless to say he's very supportive. My Mom has no desire to skydive but she's supportive because it makes my Dad and I happy. and it was only a matter of time before I started skydiving because I pretty much grew up on the DZ... -
Definately!
