Scott MSA Presumably you've already got an SCBA maskfit for one mfg or the other? Note you'll be walking an odd, thin line as far as OSHA compliance goes. I'm not sure which way it would go if an inspector saw you wearing respiratory protection without justification for a lack of engineering controls, training, or medical surveillance (and possibly other issues). Two tickets to the Seahawks - Rams playoff game?.....................$230 Gas and spending money for the game?.....................................$300 Insurance deductible due after putting my truck into a guardrail?...$500 Total increase in insurance premiums over the next 3 years?.........$1020 Gloating all the way home because my team beat my daughters?...!error-cannot divide by zero! Dammit, I hit some black ice this weekend and did ~$3800 damage to my truck, only 140 miles into a 900 mile round trip. I was able to pull the bumper far enough off the tire to drive, used tin snips to cut off the plastic parts that were dragging/rubbing on the tire, and used baling wire and hot glue to get the headlight secured (approximately) where it belongs. These temporary fixes and some white-knuckle driving allowed me to still see the game, and my team couldn't even do me the courtesy of winning! I want my $2,000 back! Lots. I used to kiss pass every one of my students on the hill on their first "fun" two-way (i.e. non-student jump). Then I had one who brainlocked at the bottom of his jump and it was suggested that the kiss pass at the top caused it (despite the great skydive in between), so I stopped doing that.
