i have basejumped for almost 4 years now..but after a cliffstrike 1 years ago i have struggled to deal with my nerve for every single jump..., this was never a problem before...i`m not nervous when i go to the exit and geared myself up..but when i do the countdown..you now the standard 3,2,1 cya..EVERYTHING STOP`S... i can`t move my feet..sometimes i standing at the exit for 15-20min before i jump....I don`t want to quit BASE..i`m not a quitter, but this is starting too annoying the hell of me.. So is there any people who dealing with the same problem as i do??? solution....??

Ohh yeah...he was a cool cat, coombesy was the first person i have seen take a BASE jump(live)..that happened when i take my FJC in kjerag couple years ago...i didn`t know him in person, but i liked his calm attitude..and it seams like he really cared about people around him..

Sorry to say but your friend isn't much of a tracker or he is deployed somewhere around 1500m. :) We have achieved longer freefalls on normal freefly tracking dives with freeflypants only and with any tracking gear you should be easily able to beat that. You can get more than 60s from 4k with doing 4-way relative work. :) Regarding the performance and usability of Impact, I'd recommed on doing search on this forum (and probably BASE board as well). either that or he went very steep...i have done similar tracking time, but i guess i had a angle about 40-50degrees..the "flight" went fast forward and downward..

i have a Sabre2 135 and got a chance to demo a Spectre 150 and LOVED IT.. i`m sorry they didn`t have any 135 accessible...but i think i will spend my money on a new Spectre

Hi, i`m consider buying a camera for BASE, i have never used a camera in skydiving or BASE before so this is new to me. But is this an ok camera for this purpose? and i thinking about a putting this camera in to a RAWA helmet...top or side mount? thanks..

seems like he almost hit the wall in freefall..... this jump looks similar to my cliffstrike(except from the frontflip)..be carefully out there folks..
