OK.. It is that time again. We are going to put together another Trip to the Atlanta Strip Clubs. Hopefully this time we will make it more than an Hour before we get tossed out. Currently looking at either the 18th or the 25th. Also looking to coordinate a couple Designated Drivers. Last time we had about 12 of us. This time I expect a few more. Please let me know which date works best for everyone and who all is interested in going.

Bad idea. Real bad idea. Besides that the site is probably a sting site, If you buy one, be ready to spend about $10,000.00 in legal fees and the next couple years fighting in civil court against alot of Lawyers. Trust me on this. I Know!! Not even close to worth it. Even posting that link here will have thier Lawyers monitoring this site for the next couple months.

They have 100`s of websites for Dropzones that do not exist. these pages are designed to make the customer beleive that they are dealing with a Legitimate Dropzone. On those websites they have Photo`s that are STOLEN from other legitimate websites and other skydivers. They pretend to be whatever Dropzone you think you just called until you give then your Non-refundable" credit Card info. They then tell you that you will actually Jumping at a Dropzone sometimes many many hours away from you live. Skyride also sell their Certificates and tell people they can use them at Dropzones that do not accept them. This causes huge problems when the person show up redeem their certificate and finds out they have been ripped off. The best example of exactly how sleazy these people are is: Shortly after Chris Martin (Owner of a Dropzone in Tennessee) Died, Skyrides Owners called AT&T claiming to Be Chris Martin and had his 1-800 number redirected to their Skyride Offices. Chris`s Widow was trying to sell the dropzone at that time and that Number (1-800-Skydive) was a very valuable asset to the Dropzone. So on top of having to deal with her Husbands Death and trying to settle the estate, She had to jump through alot of hoops just to get Her Own phone number back. Does any of this sound like a Legitimate Business??

If all dropzones would stop taking skyride, Skyride would go out of business. The ones that do CHOOSE to do business with this dishonest organization are not much better than the organization that they are supporting. NWFlyer is correct. We need to be VERY Vocal with the DZO`s that are taking Skyride and make sure they understand why we will not jump at their Dropzones. Read the list of DZ`s that accept Skyride and Make your Choices on which DZ`s to support accordingly. If you choose to stop jumping somewhere because they accept Skyride, Please make sure the DZO knows why you made that choice. They probably make more off a single Tandem than do off an Up Jumper for a whole year but most DZ`s would like to keep their Up Jumpers and eventually it will make a difference to them.

There is not a DZO in the country that does not already know about Skyride and their Business practices. If they choose to continuing doing business with this organization, then they do not deserve my business no matter how Cool their DZ is. The DZO`s already know. Some care, Some dont.

The internet killed it!! Seriously, Very few people use the phone book anymore. Google whatever you want, goto the webpage and get the phone number. Much quicker and easier and they way people do reasearch in this day and age. These people are deceived into thinking that they are doing exactly that. They have no idea they are not talking directly to the Dropzone. Yep and if you did that now, you would get Skyride operators at atleast half the numbers you called. Only they will not admit to being Skyride and will pretend to be a Local DZ until they get your credit Card info. These guys are excellent Scam artists in my opinion and do everything they can to appear to be a Local Legitimate Dropzone.

The problem here is the deception. You goto a site like Skydive"Whatever City".com They look just like a Dropzone in your city. They have pictures of the Dropzone, The Plane, The Staff. You call to make a reservation. They take your credit card and then after they have your money, They tell you that you have to drive many hours away to actually use your certificate. Or even like in this particular case, Start lying to you about "rescheduling" your jump untill they can find someone who will actually accept the certificate they just sold you. The cost is not the big issues here (Other than the Hidden Fees). Most of the time these people have no idea they are dealing with Skyride until after they have the "Non-Refundable" Deposit. Skyride masquerades as legitimate Dropzones. That is the biggest problem.

It doesnt matter. Everywhere you go there will be Cool Chicks, Hot Chicks, Ugly Chicks and Psycho Chicks. The West Coast Girls are cool, the east Coast Girls are cool, and there are some cool Chicks everywhere in between. But always remember: No matter How Hot and/or Cool they are... Some One, Some Where is sick of putting up with their Shit!! (Applies to Men and Women!!) The West Coast Girls just seem Cooler because we dont have to put up with them as Much!!

Assuming this is true (A Huge leap based on Skyrides history of Lies and deception)... Why does a Skyride have a website for Skydiving in Utah you have no-one who accepts skyride certificates anywhere near Utah?? Why was the customer sold a Certificate for a Skydive at a Place that does not accept those certificates? Why was the customer LIED to repeatedly about “rescheduling” their Jump?? What part was Unfair and Not Balanced?? Your company Sold a Product they could not deliver, Lied to the Customer about why they could not deliver And then gave them the run around when she asked for a Refund. You somehow think that "the details of her case were more closely examined and her refund request was approved" makes these actions OK?? That is kinda like saying.. Yea we ripped her off, But gave her the money back so everything should be ok. Her case is not isolated. She just happened to get some attention. This type of action is exactly what Skyride is known for. If you spend anytime at all around Skyride, you will see that Lies and deception is what they are all about.

I see alot of words but but you have not addressed a Single Issue here. What is Skyride doing about all the Fraudulent and misleading Websites they have? What is Skyride doing about all the STOLEN images they use on these web sites? What are Skyrides policies about Lying to customers about who they are and where they are? How do you respond to the CRIMINAL actions your company did in regards to the Theft of Chris Martins 1-800 number?

It had nothing to do with anything personal or any vendetta’s. You work for a company that makes a living off lying to people. Your company has a LONG history of ripping people off. Your Company has 100`s of websites for drop zones that do not exist. These web sites are designed to deceive people. Your company routinely uses STOLEN Photographs and web pages designs in their effort to deceive people. They use images of Aircraft that does not exist and Staff Members that work at other dropzones. Your Company stooped to the lowest possible level when they Called AT&T and pretended to be Chris Martin right after his death in order to STEAL his 1-800 number. Your company LIES to their Customers about who they are and where they are located. Ben and Cary have been doing these things since long before they founded Skyride. They are continuing to do these things. Those of us who have been around for a while have seen them do so many unbelievable things in the name of "Marketing" over the years. Many of these things are Illegal and most are unethical. Go find a Job with an Honest Company. You will sleep better at night. Many of the Marketing tactics that your company uses are Illegal. You are working for a Criminal organization in my honest opinion. And YES, Many Skydivers (Myself Included) Refuse to Jump at ANY dropzones are associated with Skyride in any way what so ever. DZO`s should be concerned. They also should know better than to do business with an organization like Skyride to begin with.

Please do not do anything like this. Do not resort to any form of illegal action. There is so much in the woks against these guys right now. They will get what they deserve at some point. In case anyone hasnt heard, ASC/Skyride (Yes they are one and the same!!) is sueing your USPA for $10 Million Dollars right now. PLEASE think about this when you decide where to Jump. Also it would be great to maintain a List of Places that do accept Skyride certificates so that up Jumpers can make an informed decision about where they choose to Jump.

It would seem that the USPA will now have to bring up the reason for their decision to revoke the Group Memberships. Perhaps they can also request some form of injunctive relief as well in their counter-claims. This could back fire on ASC/Skyride big time. A judge wil now be presented with evidence of the illegal marking tactics used by ASC/Skyride. I posted THIS some time ago which shows that many of the Practices that ASC/Skyride uses are clearly Illegal under Georgia Law.

Well I certainly hope you washed it real well. I would recommend an AJAX, Bleach and Hydrochloric acid combination.
