Sept. 29th was my first skybirthday, and I ended up having 212 jumps for my first year. And I had to pay for every single one. Geez this is an expensive sport. "Your mother's full of stupidjuice!" My Art Project

If she hasn't gotten pied for her hundredth yet, then she needs to be bringing an extra set of clothes to the DZ every time she is there, because she is eligible to get it any time. My understanding is that you get pied for 100th, 500th, 1000th, and each increment of 1000 thereafter. But there is no statute of limitation on how long it might be before she get's pied for a pieable offense, such at a 100th jump. If she hasn't gotten it yet, it's open hunting season all the time. Yep. Several of Kings books tell parts of the continuing Dark Tower story. It's sort of like King's legacy. These are all the books that tell some part or piece of the Dark Tower story: The Stand The Eye of the Dragon The Talisman Black House Hearts in Atlantis The Gunslinger The Drawing of the Three The Wastelands Wizards and Glass And coming soon: Wolves of the Calla and: Song of Susannah All of these novels contribute to the Dark Tower Story, but the ones in red are ones that contain such a large importance that the Dark Tower Story would be stunted without it. Reading them in the order that I listed them would work well for continuity as well.

Even though all these stories pretty much go the same way, I though I'd share mine. 1. In high school my two best friends (Matt and Jesse) and I were over at Matt's house, and were shooting off fireworks. Well after a bit it somehow turned into Matt and I trying to hit Jesse and Jesse trying to hit us back. Well every few minutes, Matt's mom would look out the window and see what we were doing and come outside to tell us to shoot them the "right" way. So we would start "playing nice" with them. But after about 5 minutes, go back to bottle rocket wars. Well either Matt and I were faster, better aim or both but after it was all over jesse had a number of little holes burned in his shirt and pants, and Matt and I managed to avoid any damage at all. 2. Last year, when I was living with Jesse and My brother we were once again shooting bottle rockets, and my brother got the great idea to aim at the dumpster that was sort of situated behind our apartment building. Well was we didn't realize was that someone had thrown out a recliner earlier. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway) the recliner caught fire, which let to all the contents in the dumpter catching fire which led to the wooden fence that surrounded 3/4ths of the dumpster catching fire, which led to a call to 911. The fire department came and put it out with us and several other apartment dwellers just standing outside and watching. Noone got in trouble.

Well, unless I happened leave DZ.com up on the screen, absolutely nothing about my desk/office/or manner of dress would give any indications that I am a skydiver.

Do you have so much bandwidth that you don't know what to do with it? Well worry no longer. I just uploaded a video to ftp://ftp.skydivingmovies.com. It's Episode 1 of the third season of the Upright Citizen's Brigade. I uploaded it because one of the segments of the show is about a guy doing his first skydive and is pretty funny. Anyhow, it's currently in the uploads directory, and definately fits into the Misc. category should it get to stay on the server. Enjoy... if your connections can handle it (the file's kinda big).
