I had a customer tell me it was such a nice day that he was leaving work early to go fly his de Havilland plane. I asked him what model and he said “I don’t know but it sounds like you know more about it than I do”. I let it go. These retards are everywhere and i would never let it fly. Do some work on it by polishing the trigger group and reducing the hammer spring strength by bending the legs 30 degrees got pictures to show? u dont work for the DEA by chance!? i think i've fired something like 15'000 rounds with that thing and it's still working like a dream. no rust except a small patch outside of the gas-tube (?) that could be worked out with a bit of steel-wool.. still as precise as from day one! never had it malfunction. carried it for miles. slept many nights besides it. how could i even think of selling it? “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. went to my old shooting club, called up my instructor from back in the day if he knew someone that might be interested. he asked me to come over and give it a couple rounds. so, i did! shot 75 out of 85 possible points for that program at 300 meters with the standard iron sight, conditions were cloudy and rainy. i havent shot my rifle in over 3yrs. i think i've left them impressed.. now they talked me into becoming an instructor for the adolescents program. voluntary, but nonetheless.. they probably would of thought different if they knew my other past-time besides skydiving was playing shooter games online.. oh, and i brought a "first date" along with me to the range. never done that before.. after that it was dinner with some great fish the clubs president caught himself. shooting aint so bad after all..

if youre doing top rope climbing, or a rappel, theres no use for that. personally id MUCH rather use tandem prusik cords over a gri gri ANY day. for one, its much easier on the rope. . . the grigri is PERFECT for top-rope, same goes for rappelling. you dont think that a rope sliding over smoothly machined alloy treats it better than the friction caused by another rope, then fine, your argument is valid.. not sliding over it, but what about when your rappeler falls, and that "smoothly machined piece of alloy" locks down on it? the ones ive seen ahd little metal teeth on the side where it grips the rope. so yeah, id rather a soft grip system over a grigri. it seems pretty obvious to me you have no clue what you are talking about, how a grigri works, nor how to operate one.. yes, i wouldnt let you near a grigri to belay or secure me. see picture; no teeth! edited for typo “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. They seriously need an FJC for climbing. I have so much to learn. from the top of my head, i could point you to two schools doing exactly that. climbing without taking a course, pretty much as in skydiving, is a pretty stupid idea..
