Yeah, but have you fried one in the microwave oven? The blue lightning or sparks are really cool! You only want to run the oven just until the sparks flash. Any longer and the smell is hard to get rid of. Of course, I wouldn't do it in my home microwave oven. how many people jump at your DZ?

i finished work early, at about two o'clock, headed home, got changed, went to an interview and then headed to the DZ. i was just in time for packing and catching the sunset load.. nice jump, dive-exit steady first, then tumbled a bit bot got stable really quick again, then practised a couple of 360°-turns, trying to go fast as i practise for TS (test securité, test security!?), because after that, i'm already allowed to jump my own parachute.. my personal goal: finally getting a stand-up landing on purpose, fly the correct pattern and everything. winds were not that easy, different on top as compared to on the ground.. guess what! it was purrrr-fect!!! AND, i had a soft opening.. skydiving is just great! hard to believe, but i already think its a life-altering experience.. i think, it makes me look at things differently.. skydiving is just great! “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. how many people jump at your DZ?

now that i officially got into skydiving, i wonder how many people jump regularly at your DZ? most of the members here being american, and since americans like most things bigger than the typical european, i wonder how many people jump at your DZ.. at mine, there are 150 members enlisted, half of them jump regularly.. but there are also plenty of tandems and quite a couple of first-jumpers that just do this one jump. those are not counted.. “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. I've been over the exit and for me, it's just that your exit looked nice and floaty and stable as opposed to crashing, tumbling and searching for an arch. I'll take one of those nice, pretty ones, please! ah well, there was one exit where i've been kicking air and what not.. but i seem to have a good arch and as my instructor put it: "naturally a good center of balance", read "fat ass".. “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. yea, on your first jumps, they only make you stick your head out of the plane, then later you expose all your body to the relative wind, and in your last jump you make a dive-exit, those are the most fun of what i did so far.. “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. I've just finished aff there, became a member due to that. Nice and professional staff, beautiful scenery, cool facilities, bunkhouse and camping are for free. There's rigging, gear rental and a shop on place.

yea, both were freaking awesome, my secondary, the guy with the chessboard-jumpsuit is an ozzie called mike, 10'000+ skydives, my primary is like 28, works his 5th season as an instructor with around 4'000 skydives.. the ozzie was cool: i had a couple of hard openings and my back and arms and legs were just so sore.. i land like crap too. plus its an unusual strength to your muscles anyway, sooo, i say: fuck, skydiving is hard work! he goes: NOOO, never say that, its just so much fun!! he got all excited about it.. well, i can understand.. its totally different to whatever you would expect! “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S.
