I was really looking forward to the Casa Boogie at my home DZ this past week-end. I planned on getting my 200th jump for my D license. I am blind in one eye and had already requested my waiver for night jumps and was good to go. Then wouldn't you know the best made plans of mice and men often go astray. I had a heart attack on Thursday. I had a procedure done called angio plasty and had two stents put in. I got out of the hospital in time to go to the DZ on Sunday to hang out and watch. That SUCKED, but at least I am here and I WILL jump another day. I need some feed back from anyone that has had a heart attack about getting back into sky diving and how it went. I know it will be a while before I can do it, but any info from someone who has already been through this to help educate me a little on what to expect would be greatly appreciated. Blue Skies! My wife was worrrrrried to but she suports me all the way. try this,Have her set in with your class, and have her questions answered by instructers and your jump master or AFF instructer. This way she will understand what you are doing. FLY HIGH, FLY SAFE. GINGERBREAD
