Ryan, You have to admit you don't really know much about the skydiving industry, whereas almost everyone you are conversing with here does, with years behind them. Myself, I take a look at the numbers: I think of how many people I know who have left your company's association (and not usually on good terms, I might add), and I compare that to how many people (already within the industry, not outsiders coming in initially) have gravitated toward it. All these are indoor plants - certainly enhances the air quality noticeably - especially with a brat of a cockatiel inside. The "round" part of the kitchen (think big bay, floor to ceiling) looks literally like a jungle sometimes. Outdoors? Forget it - I just try to keep the grass mowed to community standards. Besides, with the droughts being what they have been this Summer in Alabama (and elsewhere), I wouldn't even try outdoor stuff. I don't know if I just emit a lot of CO2 and make them happy, but it's like I have the super-plants or something. I am, however, going to try tomato plants, because I eat them every single day in one way or another. Roll Tide Roll

All this says more about the voters than anyone. I have vowed from now own to: 1. never vote a straight-party ballot, 2. only fill in for candidates who I know their platforms and history for certain (not "just because I am voting against a Republican or Democrat on principle"), and 3. stop thinking my third-party vote is just thrown away, causing me to go either/or. Weightlifting is the only thing I do every day, snowboarding, snowskiing, SCUBA, rappelling, camping (but prefer bathrooms - I just like sleeping outside), hiking, and here's one for you: my "calm" thing has become taking care of my plants I have somehow inherited - a couple of Peace Lilies, A Diffenbachia that won't stop growing (it's over 4 ft. tall, and I planted it from a twig only ten months ago - the leaves are about a foot long and 9 inches at the widest), and some others I don't even know the names to. Repotting them to larger has become more routine than I thought it would. When someone asks me what I did yesterday, and I tell them "repotted some plants," I get the strangest look, and "...really...you?" Then they see them and are like "Wow." Roll Tide Roll

There are different issues here, which could actually be three conversations. 1. Kudos to you, Eddie, for your candor in admitting being the butt-flag-slider and if the explanation is as simple as that, anyone should accept it. 2. I agree, if the crowd was safe, then swoop, swoop some more. Swoop through them damned goalposts if you want! More teenagers are still likely to die from freak accidents on that football field than by anyone landing on it. 3. Still, I personally don't think it is a good idea to be immortalized on film as such. Maybe I'm wrong. I've done a lot of things I wouldn't want the video to be put out there on the internet for all to see...not for free anyway Would rather the already critical dropzone.com public see video of the demos that turned out better? Maybe Clark could post some of those for you?
