DSE, you talk about videos and you've written many posts concerning video work and technology. I'm wondering if you've been a successful skydive videographer? What I mean by "skydive" is shooting video in the air--not on the ground. For example, I have two friends. One of them has very expensive equipment and one has cheaper/handmade equipment. The one who has the cheaper equipment consistently makes the best videos because he is the better flier. The one who has the expensive equipment is unable to sell any of his work.
Are you a freefall videographer or a ground videographer? I'm not trying to be confrontational. I'm sincerely wondering if there is a distinction and if the distinction matters.
