absolutely not. Scott (Icon) and I are getting married. he is 11.5 yrs older than me. Age doesn't seem to play a factor in our relationship... although I do like to constantly tell him that he is so old. We are at similar stages in our life... both out of school. Obviously he has more work experience whereas I just started. We are both patient with each other (Scott seems to have more patience than me). We both are aware of the age/maturity difference but it rarely becomes a factor. Our families don't have a problem with the age difference... although initially both parents had their worries... mine that I was dating and older man that might take advantage of me... and his parents that this young thing would break his heart. Anyways obviously I am very happy and I think age shouldn't matter. Love is love, it can be complicated by age but if you truely love each other you both will work through it.

I am very similar I am a Explorer/Builder. explorer being the primary trait I'm not sure how accurate that is though...

it was for fun... he is always taking pictures of random things... spoons, ribbons, watches... Every moment he is not with me or at work he spends with the camera.

Well Icon met me while we were both helping out with the skydive class at Ohio State... I was not his student and we were both not professors so no rumors or creepyness... You never know where you will meet someone.

Anyone who actually knows me might laugh to find out I am working out... The past 6 months I have gained some weight. I finally got fed up with it and am working out almost daily. I am not really cutting back on what I eat, but I am more observant to how much I eat and what I stuff in there... I haven't lost weight (have been excersizing for almost a month now)... but I do see an improvement in my muscle mass... I mainly row on the rowing machine at home for about 20 minutes every other day and then I lift weights with the guidance of my fiance on the off days... This is really an accomplishement for me as I have never worked out in my life before... I hope I can lose the fat before my wedding, which just got pushed up another week...

I did a tandem May 19th 2006 at AerOhio Rittman, ohio... started AFF a few weeks later there.

1. the obsession passes. For me, it passed after year two. I love skydiving and I look forward to jumping every weekend. Its fun and I enjoy learning... but my obsession that I had as a student passed as things settled down. 2. I never left my career path, but I almost did. I was in college and I was tired of working so hard for something I wasn't sure I enjoyed. Honestly I watched the dropzone drama and I realized I didn't want an unsteady job. Plus I have a fiance now and I don't want to have to move just to have a job year round. 3. I don't love my job. In fact most of the time I really hate it. But I know that this job will get better and lead to another job. I like the steady income and I like being able to skydive for fun... not just for money. I do coaching occationally for the income but I find myself not wanting to do it as much... I like skydiving with who I want and how often I want. seriously think about what you are doing. Do not throw your career for this brief "obsession" get into the sport and wait a few years. Then think about it. If you want to quit your job and persue skydiving, go for it... by that time you will have enough jumps to be an instructor.

Matt this is nothing. You should hang around the packing mat for the fun jumpers... It might just make you vomit.

Yeah a guy who can cook is really sexy... especially when I make Scott wear an apron... roll up those sleeves so I can see those sexy muscles as you mix vigorously... oh yeah!

Unfortunately I am working today. I am rather busy doing some repetitive mind numbing tests on the panels I have made all last week. I do get Friday off and as of yet, I don't have to work at all this weekend. Unfortunately I have to be here to 5pm or later... I just wish the time would pass faster...

I am thankful for my fiance who has been there for all my ups and downs with my job and my family. I am also thankful for my job. Last year this time, I did not have one... Although, this job kicks me in the butt everyday... I am also thankful that I am financially independent and able to persue things that I love... like skydiving!

absolutely not! If a guy ever cheated on me, then it was over... Once I had a boyfriend who forgot vday even though it was our anniversary... we broke up shortly after. If he was being a jerk like that, he would never get action. I like to tease myself and set myself up to be teased but I never had anyone truely humilate me in public... I tend to go for the nice guys...

Yup I'm the girl and as far as my numbers... :7:2 I did a 4way, 5way, 6way, 8way, and a 10way. I also did the no contact CRW with my fiancee (first time on his canopy) and well when I landed within 5 ft of him he asked me to marry him... I couldn't stop smiling for the rest of the night. It was nice to share my happiness with all my friends at the dz. I also did one freefly jump and showed off to my fiancee that I can sit fly and he cannot... Eric took some awesome pictures of me.

You are just upset bc you are old... But don't worry your girlfriend 11 yrs younger than you will keep you young..

0:7:1 Saturday I had to work to make up for lost time due to no electricity.... so I put my 8 hrs in bright and early and made it out to the dropzone by 2:15pm! Anyways Saturday I made 3 jumps. one CRW jump and got my first 4-stack! Yipeee! I was so tired from working all day, but that jump just made the day worth while. Thank you Travis, Robin and Brian! I made 2 more jumps on Saturday, 2 video for 4-ways. Sunday I made 4 jumps: 2, 4-ways, a 2 pt 14-way and a 3 point 12-way. Oh and I had a slammer opening on Sunday and I am feeling it in every part of my body... I don't want to be back at work today...

If only my boyfriend had the day off too..

Hey y'all. My work is without electricity for the 3 work day in a row due to our good old friend Ike. I live in Ohio and the winds have caused many power outages. Unfortunately all out our power companies sent their workers to Texas. In the past two days I have gone shopping and spent hundreds of dollars on clothes. I have already seen the doctor as well and done other annoying errands that I have been prolonging for so long. I have even washed the mound of dishes and clothes!!! I never have a day off and I am going crazy. What do you recommend a bored girl to do?

I go through my phases. Some weekends I am really nervous on every jump. I have to convince myself to let go of the plane sometimes. Then some other weekends I don't think twice about it. I love skydiving and have a blast. I was a very nervous student as well. I seriously couldn't eat when I was skydiving bc of my nerves. Nerves do get better with time, but being nervous isn't a bad thing.

I do the same thing, except I add pickles and it doesn't have to be a frosty. I like to dip the pickles and fries in the ice cream. Yummy! You got the sour, sweet, salty, hot and cold all in one snack! And I'm not pregnant in case you were wondering.

Who actually believes that a woman's best friend is a crushed rock? I have two doggies in two different states. One is nearing the end of his life and I too fear I will never see him again. The husky is 12 yrs old and lives with my mom 500 miles away. He came to visit me recently and is pictured with our other dog, Karma (age 3).
