Actually not too many people on here have met me yet. Then again, maybe at Dublin I did actually meet quite a few! I'm just new yet, people are still learning about me. I dont know if you have any dog parks where you live, but running around with all the puppies and dogs is even entertaining to me!

OK. Sometimes I can be shy when I first meet people. But after I get over that, oh boy, it could be trouble.

You said you are just out of college so I will assume you are still pretty young, may not have your own place and the privacy to cook a meal and that sort of thing. It appears you do not live in GA either, so some things mentioned in the previous postings here are not going to work! Here are some ideas: -Amusement park like Six Flags, or even a water park. (although that may not be cheap anymore!) -White water rafting -A park. We have Stone Mountain which has a laser show, paddle boats, a museum, stuff like that. You can pack a lunch and have a picnic, throw around a frisbee. All stuff that is not expensive! -Miniature golf -Camp out overnight, you will learn very quickly if she is high maintenance or not! -Fishing. Lakeside or go on a party boat, 1/2 day or full day. Yes, some women do enjoy fishing thank you very much... -Pick a direction and just drive. See what you find. Like for instance one time a guy I dated and I just headed west from Atlanta and eventually found some park that had a waterfall and scenic hiking etc. Then we went to dinner in this really small town. No plans, we just winged the whole thing. Good times. How's that for some ideas? There is always the standard dinner, movie, blah blah. It is fun to be a little more creative sometimes.

There is something to be said about what someone wrote "make her think it is her idea". A woman that feels she is being conned into having sex probably will not be as open to the idea. If she thinks you expect it or almost demand it, she might rebel. When the idea comes to her mind though, she actually wants to indulge- so much better. If you are too eager it can be turnoff. A little bit of patience can make a world a difference. Trust me on that one.

Well I am just about running out of batteries. I think maybe I should start buying the case, or at least get the rechargeable ones. The older I get the more toys I collect. Any correlation? Hmm. I always did like Turtles. Nuts n caramel. Yummy goodness.

So my brother is getting married in an Elvis chapel in Vegas over Labor Day weekend. (September). Hilarious! I have never been out there and in a bit of a dilemma. Sun/Mon will be family days between the wedding and then a bbq on Monday. I am traveling single and will meet up with everyone out there. I don’t know where to stay, may get my own room, or see if there are any other singles going to share a room. Any suggestions on what to do, where to stay? Keep in mind, Labor Day weekend. Is it going to be miserably busy? I may go out Friday so I can get some fun in that night and Sat night. I’m probably more about the energy, clubs, seeing things, then about gambling (used to work in Atlantic City). Maybe even go over to the Grand Canyon????

Natures way of relieving them of an upset tummy/digestive system. You will notice kitty will probably proceed to vomit. Dogs do the same thing. It is perfectly normal and ok, as long as they dont eat anything that has weed killer etc on it!

I think you're supposed to get shot with an arrow or something, for starters. Is that so the rest of it won't be so painful?

I had read this somewhere and found this to be true many times. If you catch someone's eye and they look away, BUT then they take another glance back -you might be a winner! If they look away and don't look back, or turn away from you, they are not interested. If someone turns their back to you, or looks down at the ground as you are walking over, they probably are thinking oh no, please don't come over here. Body language is very key in many ways. And a lot can be read in the eyes...

I did choose zoysia and some people questioned it at the time because it is blasted by sun all day, and the soil was clay. However I decided to stick with it and cut out the old grass (manually, and yes I must be crazy because it was not easy), tilled the soil and put out about 30 bags of top soil and cow manure. It must be leveled (I rented this roller thing from Home Depot that you fill with water). It has been 3 years and the grass has survived our summer heat like a champ, even when I followed the no watering rules. I have read zoysia is high maintenance, yet I find it easier then any other grass. You just need to know the rules. This is a townhouse, so the plot I am speaking of is only about 12 feet x 25 feet and then a small area of about 8 ft x 6 ft. It is NOT an easy job to lay sod, but the results are very rewarding. My neighbor has only seeded and it looks ok, but he is out there constantly seeding, fertilizing, watering. I do about 1/8th to my lawn compared to him.

If you want green grass all year round you need to seed with 'cool season' grasses, ie fescue varieties. This requires reseeding each year, fertilizer, weed killers etc. If you dont mind the grass going dormant in cold weather and turning a straw color, then you can seed/sod bermuda. I opted to put down emerald zoysia sod (yes, all by myself), and it is thick and lush like a carpet in the summer. And low maintenance once established. It is so thick, the weeds can hardly get through, and it does not grow as quick as fescue. I'm pretty good with gardening stuffs if you have any questions.
