The thing looks like a toilet. Works like a toilet. takes up space like a toilet. Why not train the cat to go in the TOILET? From what I've heard it is something that any cat can learn, and they even have these training pan things at PetCo that make it a step by step thing. Just like Jinxy in "meet the parents." I've been thinking about trying it out on my cats. EDIT: I just looked for the price....only $299.99!!! No thanks!

DB Cooper isn't even the real guy...nobody even knows who the REAL guy was.

Welcome! Once you've been bitten by it, you'll have to do it more and more. Don't feel you have to rush it though...getting your A license that is. Some people need to get it as fast as they can...hurry, hurry hurry! Thats fine, everyone is different. I am taking it slow...just sort of laid-back about it... My friend, who started me in this has more jumps since July than i will probably have in a year..but I have no deadlines. I switched DZ's also. I went from a tiny cessna DZ to one of the biggest in the northeast right after I completed AFF. Gave me a new perspective. There are good and bad things about both. I miss the small time atmosphere and the spotting opportunities of the cessna DZ, but I LOVE the big, fast twin otter where I am now- not to mention a huge landing area as opposed to the postage stamp field I learned on. Blue Skies!

Wow! Walmart is paying over 17 bucks an hour now? Lucky, apron wearing, smiley faced cashiers! Why don't you go get a job there?

What the heck am I missing here? What the hell did he write first to get everyone's panties in a bunch? That he likes his girlfriend better than the slutty looking girls he used to date? I don't get it.

Ever since I was a young kid I've wanted to be an underachiever, and I'm proud to say that I've reached a level of success beyond my wildest dreams! That, and I've also remained childless thanks to my stunning ability to impose sterility upon myself simply by the act of positive thinking. All and all, I couldn't be happier.

You "keep a couple on hand?" Who the heck keeps a couple roofies on hand?
-
A simple solution would be to do the same as a BAT EXCLUSION method. One-way "doors" are created at the entrances to the attic which the birds are using. This is done by stapling nylon netting (that same stuff you might buy in big rolls at the hardware store to cover blueberry bushes, etc..) around the openings in such a way that it will allow the birds to exit, but will confuse them enough to prevent their entering back in. Any competent extermination company will have this in their bag of tricks. Good luck. It probably will run you a few hundred dollars depending on how high the roof is, and how many openings there might be to the attic.

Wuffos seem to think you get that *ooohhhhh...god* feeling in your stomach like you might if you're on one of those drop-rides or a roller coaster ride. Never happened to me! it doesn't happen, except in those other types of jumps that have been mentioned above. Believe me..I wouldn't find it very enjoyable if that was the case! I HATE the FALLING SENSATION from things like roller coasters, etc..

After 56 Jumps.. Finally Got My A License!

Hey! Good Job Corey! -
Scott, on my 10th jump, after becoming completely expert LOL on my perfect landings...haha....I screwed up and hit a ten foot high barbed-wired-topped security fence...no flair, full force into the top and just *stuck* to it. It was a good learning experience. I learned that fences suck, and they should all be torn down and run over with tanks. My left foot still feels weird sometimes, and I think now that I probably had a minor brake/crack somewhere...but the foot is sort of one of those things that you just leave a lone and it heals on its own. (imho) Anyway, after most of the bleeding stopped on my lower body, I was jumping three weeks later. Yeah, it was a weird experience to get back up there, but after I left the plane I forgot all my apprehension. Just don't land on your ass anymore!

I'll bet everyone has had at least one. My only dream was relevant to what happened that day. I opened and found that I was far away from the DZ, with no safe places to land, and just made it to the other end of the airport...and almost landing on a hanger. What I remember from the dream was that the DZ was NO WHERE in sight, and I was heading in to a dark housing development...complete with wires and sheds, and clothes lines, everywhere...lol it was so real, i woke up before hitting and was up all night. Just the stupid mind acting up....it happens.

ummm....did you forget a category? I'll fill you in. Divorced? Looking for non-insane woman?

Search for an Army/Navy Surplus store in your area.

oh, that makes sense. Yeah, you'd be freezing your butt off down there. I'm just not used to seeing anything covering the front of your body...you know, it's easy for a non-base guy to forget that you don't need access to anything like reserves or cut-away handles.

I was just taking a look at 2005 Bridge Day photos and wondered what this guy has on his chest...it looks like a back pack, or book bag......is it a big floation device? http://www.officialbridgeday.com/photos/04_photo7.jpg
