    I've noticed the same thing in rock climbing and paragliding - there's very few black people participating. There's a significant number of Asians in both sports, though. Toshi

    That's not the speedbar. That's just the footrest. The speedbar is more like a bar...it doesn't flex much. Toshi EDIT: duh, just looked at mine. The lower first bar of the speedbar is flexy, so that's probably what he's stepping on. Toshi
