  1. Phree is right it is only for Iraq. This is still something as tax payers we should take seriously.
  2. During the Denver Indianapolis game, while showing Adam Vinatieri and Peyton Manning, Phil Simms says, "now htere are two of the clutchest players ever". What!? Are you kidding me!? Peyton Manning clutch!? He's about as clutch as A-Rod and Karl Malone. Peyton is the anti-clutch. In high school he started for 3 years and only lost 5 games - no state championships. He was one of the most prolific college quarterbacks ever - no national championships, no wins against rival U of F. And we all know how many times he's crapped his pants in big games in the NFL. So if by clutch Phil meant throwing three 4th quarter touchdowns when already ahead by 24 in week 7. Then yes he is one of the clutchest ever.
  3. In a recent defense appropriations bill, a paragraph was quietly slipped in at the last hour ending the need for the inspetor general at the department of defense. For those of you who don't know this is the office that investigates corruption during the war. Things like bribes, overbilling the gov't, etc. Currently there are 4 people serving time and 28 more facing prosecution for what they have done in Iraq. So of course we need to get rid of this guy because we can't have anyone interfering with Dick Halliburton's stock value. This has got to be the most corrupt government in U.S. history. Let's just hope Tuesday brings some change.

    IS IT ME?

I have the same problem when jumping with people with my low jump #'s. What I found works is if after you release, one jumper makes a 90' turn and just falls at their natural rate and the other jumper chases and does a side dock. Probably not as good as a coach, but better than yo-yoing back and forth.
  5. I was watching a few Tivo'ed episodes of Stunt Junkies last night and decided I really liked Jeb's hosting abilities better. I was wondering what everyone else thought and why.
  6. I won't know exact days or times for a while, but it will probably be after 11:00 a.m. that I head out there, so I wouldn't think traffic would be a big issue. I believe we will be staying in Disneyland. This will definately be a weekday, is this a problem at Elsinore in January? Elsinore kind of sounds like my style a little more.
  7. I will be in Anaheim for a week in January for a work retreat and I am hoping to be able to get some jumps in. I know Elsinore and Perris are both about 30 miles away but does anyone know what the drive times are? Also, what are peoples suggestions as to which DZ would be more enjoyable for a noob like myself. Thanks
