I just got word from Mike that he is going to base the Kingair at Taft CA for winter. Sadly no Coolidge but also no holds for traffic, more altitude and $14 jumps out of the super King Air. The deal is so fresh he has not yet updated his web site but it is happening. Anybody know where I can learn to surf near to Taft? Andy.

85 Olds, 45000 miles, $300 $300 for new windshield and $400 for stereo Mikael Stevens and I did the swoop tour last summer in it: Rantoul, Ranch, Pepperel, Lebanon-Maine (then JC joined us) Richmond and back to Tennessee. It is here in Coolidge AZ now and I use it all the time, It is great for picking up skydivers at Pheonix airport. Mikes Kingair should be flying by wednsday and we have a Caravan for the weekend. Kingair jumps will be $13 to 13500' from 21 Dec to the end of Feb, weekends in Dec, March and April will be $15 to 13500'. Mark Hoague will have other aircraft available during the week when Mike is flying weekends (most probaly a caravan) but I dont know his jump prices. Andy

AirAnn, I was in the wrap with Mike. Still freaks me out. Try come out to Coolidge AZ this winter, I Follow Mullins Kingair and he is giving really cheap jumps and it is a very cool place. Andy.

Mullins Just posted on the events forum there will be a puke boogie at WTS on 23 and 24 Nov, his last weekend before we go to Coolidge for winter. It has been a couple of years scince the last real "Boogie Till Ya Puke" Hope to see some of you .commers there. I will start cutting fire wood tomorrow. Andy

I have worked at Skydive Cancun on and off and it is a beaut place. They are not really geared for regular fun jumpers because of some of the limitations of being in Playa De Carmen, Ocean public beach (landing area) and rain forrest so you have to hit your spot every time. You also have to take your own gear as they don't rent their student gear to experienced jumpers . Both Jerry and Mike (the owners) have worked in the US at Rodger's and various other DZs and are great guys. Even if you only get one jump in there the view is worth the trip. Andy. You can all ways come over to Coolidge, free bunkhouse, hot tub, Mullins Super King Air (cheap jumps), indoor packing and a great atmosphere. We also have Orly King coaching. We are open weekends in December and then every day Xmas through end of Feb, then weekends again till the end if April. Coolidge is between Phoenix and Tucson out in the real scenic desert. A jumper at Gap, France hit a glider. He was killed but the glider pilot and passenger got out and used their chutes, the pilot was charged for entering the dropzones airspace. I have heard a story about a jumper leaving a fabric twin aircraft a long time ago, he went through the roof of another plane that was flying formation on the first, apparently he landed unhurt in the second plane Andy
