One day while I was walking, reading a magazine, waiting for a tram, something bit my foot. I looked down and there was a green leprechaun with his ballshaped head, feeling my shoelaces. He was a charming young man and desperately seeking a wig, one that would impress even the most hairy woman. he asked for help, So I came up with this Idea: I would take a razor, pull down my socks and give him my leg hair in exchange for advice on down-sizing my portfolio and some gold so I could witness first-hand the life of the rich and not have to be post whore for the rest of my life (a military post that is). He accepted the deal with one condition, he would need my left "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

Since it has been September 27th for an hour now (in this part of the world anyway) I suggest that the word of the day be "legs". Now get out there and spread the word. "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

Sangiro, Perhaps you could fit in a case of Tafel Lager when you eventually make it over to the US. Purely for educational purposes of course G "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

Welcome to the dark side Phil! My favourite DZ in the UK was Sibson, just outside Peterborough. About an hour by train, then a short ride in by Taxi or you can take the hourly bus to Wansford (the busdriver will drop you off at the airfield if you ask nicely). Now that the European winter is approaching it might be worth your while to do your AFF in Spain or even at a US DZ. Have fun! G PS I have a (sometime) boring job pressing buttons and watching computer screens. "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

I completed my maiden flight on saturday and was being measured for my own suit an hour later. To say that I enjoyed it would be an understatement. I do need advice though on the choices of material for the body of the suit. Would the AtmoTex be more durable option than the Balloon ZP, does AtmoTex really keep you warmer, etc? Please help me decide - AtmoTex or Balloon ZP? "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

Swakop - sweet, sweet memories.... '99 - 2000 New Years - beach jumps by the jetty from AN-2, 18 way from 2 aircraft (my last belly jump), many wild nights and coffee in the morning at Cafe Treff.... Have a cold Tafel and Jagermeister and say howzit to all the guys at the DZ for me! "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

My kind of boogie! 8 AN72's, 1 Let410, 1 Super Twin Otter (far left - looks like the same one used at Go Vertical in Spain), 1 Herc, 2 Fokker F27's (?) and a Skyvan. Photo was actually taken in Mauritania during the Paris - Dakar Rally. (Skyvan is only one I haven't jumped yet! ) "Thou shall not take thine altitude for granted for the earth shall rise up and smite thee."

Good going Germany! Have flown in sailplanes a couple of times, lot's of fun but it will never make me want to give up skydiving. Am working on getting a jump from a glider - combining the best of both worlds? :-) Does anybody know if it has been done before? Welcome to the Dark Side Thomas... Blue One's G

Not really conducive to a hard days work but it does remind me that money is only as good as the time you spend it on.... By 10 that morning we had a tequila - having skydived, scubadived and , ehmmm...., m-dived in one day. Any other master-divers with 3 gold bars out there? :)

A South African DJ was forced to publicly apologise to the Clintons after asking on his Johannesburg morning show while they were visiting the country: "Why does Bill and Hillary allways bring their daughter along on their trips to foreign countries?" Answer: "She is too ugly to kiss goodbye...."
