No, it hasn't. Find a credible news source. Well, Mother Jones news just had an article out that said they were more kids in detention in 2014 and there are today! Over 12,000. You also have to realize that of the kids that are in detention today only two thousand of them, of the approximate 10,000 are from illegal border crossings.
