Read the article a little more carefully. In particular, the second paragraph. They're in agreement that Russia hacked it -- fact. They haven't agreed on what Russia's intentions might have been in doing so. Whether the intention was to simply destroy Clinton or to put Trump in office is sort of moot since doing one ensures the other. It has always been about the intent IMO!!! And in the end it makes little difference because the info leaked was FACT!! The only one who tried to say the info was manipulated was Brazil and her helping Hillary cheat during the debates. The rest have not been denied! Hillary her campaign manager did it to themselves. Did Russia sway the election? Not in my estimate. The Dems and Hillary did it to themselves. Just because the US intelligence community chooses not to divulge its methods and technical capabilities to YOU, terrorists and hostile nations, doesn't mean no evidence exists. They do provide evidence to the relevant committees of both Senate and House, members of which have security clearances.
