As far as official before/after pics: 1)you don't have to send em to me. Ladyflyer can hold them all. And I will talk with her about whether or not your befores will be going up at the start of the contest like ours. Personally, I think fair is fair. If you show everyone where you are now, then there is a little more standing motivation to not be still the same come May 1. 2) Pics must be judgeable. If there is one less wrinkle in your jumpsuit vs someone who we can see a visible toning of the body, well then, I'm sorry, you lose. I'm gonna be hanging it all out there when I start the guys contest (well most of it anyway) and I am as out of shape as you get at the moment. 3) Pictures must have something with a current date on them. For example: current newpaper, current Parachitist, a print of this thread, ect... 4) And first and foremost, this contest is to prove to ourselves that we can do better then we are today. Anyone making rude, offensive remarks about the way someone looks will be disqualified from the contest. Remember, the people entered into this contest are wanting to improve themselves. OMG you crazy ladies...the whole reason why I posted the pics was to incourage you!!! I am not in the contest myself, I am helping Wildcard and Peter organize it. I want all of you ladies to be proud of who you are. We are all beautiful and we are all sexy! This is meant to be fun so lets have fun. If you like we can make it into 3 different groups 1) 20 - 30 years young 2) 31 - 40 years young 3) 41 - + years young. I will personally give the winner in each group $50 for doing their best.

A pic does need to be a least sent to me or Wildcard with a current newspaper or February issue Parachitist to validate the time frame. The pic needs to be sent by Feb. 1st. Fast foods. I use to love eating fast food. But I have promised myself to stay away from them. I still go to a resturant like Logan's Steak House, but no more McDonald's or Burger King for me. I only did this to help incourage some of you that are not to sure about sending a pic via online. It can be in your own discretion but remember we need to be able to see what is lost/toned. bikini, sports bra and short shorts, jeans and a bikini top, whatever.
