    Small things I do to stay in shape are: 1)when I'm feeling lazy and watch a little tv, during a commercial I do leg lifts until the show comes back on. Then the next commercial I will do sit up and so on. Commercials are usually 5 mins long so think, by the time the show is over you have put in almost 20 mins of workout into your day. (now this is in addition of the normal workout you should do) 2)don't eat any fast foods. 3)drink lots of water...water helps you feel full. 4)chew sugarless gum 5)when at the store, park at the furthest parking spot, even if its raining (it will make you run) 6) take the stairs instead of an elevator, don't be lazy. And yes, I do thing the girls will win. If I stand on my tip toes, I can see the weekend from here!
