I too have been on sabbatical until this week. Sunday - Cardio+ upper body Monday - Cardio + swim + lower body Tuesday - Cardio + swim + upper body Wednesday - Cardio Today - will probably not work out....but back at it tomorrow. have actually gained 2 lbs - Must be the conversion factor........ I would create a forum called the "Free Speech" forum and pretty much the only things that would be off-limits would be personal attacks that are *completely* without merit. For example, "Walt is a fucked up psycopath who has shit for brains and likes to climb on his roof and stick his right thumb up his ass while he spray paints political graffiti on his nuts and dances around howling at the moon. That's not a *completely* baseless personal attack but it is kind of ridiculous. After all, I'm right-handed. My son and daughter have a zune and I just bought a new ipod....my son's zune had to be replaced after a year due to a "spontaneous" cracked screen. I got the ipod due to the other amenities that come with it. The zune doesn't have as many and at least here are difficult to find. I haven't had a lot of time to play with the ipod so we will see how it goes, I am not the most computer inclined person.
