congrats on the new bike! I think I will end up with one.......it is way less stress on the knee than trying to run, do the treadmill or the elliptical. Jaye, as you well know I am starting at ground zero....quite literally. I will be posting my rehab in this forum for a while....the goal is to be able to jump by Nov 1st. we will see what happens. Ortho is saying Jan 1st or 6 months post injury. For those of you who don't know, I totally obliterated the ACL in my right knee....along with a high grade MCL and Lateral Meniscus. This is actually good news compared to what the MRI showed which was ACL/MCL/Medial and Lateral Meniscus and the LCL. So that is a positive, that and they haven't had to cut my knee completely open with a big incision....all was done with a scope. I have the post op range back.....will keep you updated on the PT ect...... Congrats J...you are doing awesome! Depending on which direction you're coming from, the liquor store in Sandpoint, Idaho may be your last option on the way to the DZ (if you're coming from the West, Kalispell is actually past the DZ). Of course, your best option is actually to stock up before you leave California because the prices are better there. And it's not a travesty, it's Prairie.
