    I haven't heard that but check with the blood bank and they will tell you if it negates you. Good luck on your surgery - just had my acl/mcl/lateral meniscus done - good luck!     I don't think that this is something that just happens in skydiving.....it is something that happens in life in general......people come in and go out of your life and every encounter shapes your life in some way - even if it may not appear so.     I am so sorry for everyone's loss. L.O pm'd me several times over the last year and was great encouragement. He will truly be missed....I am so sad for everyone's loss - especially those who were close to him.     that is awesome g....i know you will get there. thanks for posting about the l-glutamine as well.....my right leg is about 1/2 the size of my left due to all of the atrophy of not walking for 4 weeks.....the knee surgery wasn't too bad but the muscle spasms and loss of muscle mass has been kicking my ass. did pool therapy yesterday and getting ready to head out now. DPH # 2 "I am not sure what you are suppose to do with that, but I don't think it is suppose to flop around like that." ~Skootz~ I have a strong regard for the rules.......doc!

    I had between 60-70 jumps prior to my injury......so I believe i am between 100-150 jumps in the last 12 months...that is when we really started hitting things hard and had several trips down south to play in the sky.     Hey Acme! Today was my first day of physical therapy for post op of the knee surgery. PT was happy with extension and flexion as well as the swelling- you would be amazed at how atrophied my leg is already. Went to McGregor lake while at LP last week everyday and got in the water for 30 minutes doing leg lifts and cycling. Starting to actually walk on the leg now as well. Start pool therapy tomorrow. They will let me start cycling next week and should be off crutches and out of the splint in the next 4 weeks. Since I will be going back to the gym I will keep everyone up to date on progress
