Learn to pack....take your time .... take it in stride. It will all work out. You could try to help with manifest at the DZ as well. Talk to the Dz...they may have things for you to do to help finance your jumping.

I went down to florida and jumped at deland and z-hills. weathered out for some of it, but it was nice to get away from the snow. Tunnel time is great if you have a tunnel close to you - i don't but did some time last year before i started jumping. I am a low timer but I love to pack...I am slower than everyone else but I just take my time and get through it....with lots and lots of practice. Just don't forget to get out and have some fun!!! It will help with the insanity. Come thesis time I was wishing our DZ was open to help clear the mind....did get to do a couple of jumps at another DZ when it came to finals and defending the thesis - thank gawd for that!
