    My dad sets up casinos and is in the "biz"....I had no idea that penny slots paid off to the casino so well until he was telling me about it at lunch this week. I never would have guessed it would be that way.     an ex smoker here......just have to want to quit, really want to quit. Put the money into a piggy bank and go somewhere that you really want to go......as a reward after a year. Take everything one day at a time. Ex smokers tend to hate being around the smell of smoke after they give it up....at least I can't stand the smell anymore. And when you are stressed and really wanting that cigarette....do something to alleviate that stress - go jump, go work out.....do something else.
