Some "boobie thread". A grand total of 4 boobies posted, (or 5 if you include the damn bird). Sorry, it is the best booby pic I have at the moment....maybe that will change in the next couple of week as I am headed somewhere warm and tropical. that is awesome! Went and did 20 min on the elliptical and walked for 30 min. did upper body today - increased my upper body weights by 10 lbs. needless to say, I am a little sore tonight. Last I checked titusville does require a C license. We explored that as an option last year when we were down there. We ended up in z-hills and in deland. both were great for different reasons. have a great trip! yeah, it was a whopping 21 degrees when I got up this morning....think the high was high 30's. Hockey.....drinking.....sex........ have the kids this weekend too so will probably be doing a movie and some arts and crafts stuff......wish it was spring so I could get out and jump. How did the winds effect your workout? Do you go to a gym & the lights are out, or do you mean you had more work because of the winds? HEY! We could all take up that one sport...um, what's it called? When they skate or surf under a huge kite? That takes a lot of upper body strength! If I'm real ambitious, it should be the same for me, too... It was just so cold and blowy it was difficult to get out and walk.......mostly with the gusting winds as we were down on the water. No access to the gym over there. Did get back into it today though....700 calories on the treadmill and then lifted. Winds were between 40-90mph up in anacortes so I got 2days off from working out.....also got 3 lbs back - urgh! Headed off to the gym shortly...it will be cardio and lower body today. 'Specially when there is hugging and spanking involved? Get you three boys together and there is more than a little civil disobedience.........there is a lot of civil disobedience! Never more than 4 gms of tylenol in 24hrs......if you have a good liver....about 2 gms of ibuprofen although it does increase your risk for heart attack and stroke just like all of the nsaids. Ibuprofen can also cause bleeding ulcers and that is a whole different issue. It is ironic that both of these meds are otc's and have caused a tremendous amount of trouble. In my experience, and it is just my experience, these are the two most common meds that teens OD on.....again, this is just what I have seen working in the ED. If I remember correctly you are right Dave......got mine a couple of weeks ago and get one every year due to exposure risk.
