  2. Tony has his proprietary designs (Spitfire, Eagle, Nebula) and Jeff has his own designs (Aerobat, Mach1, Raptor). They are all "Tony Suits".
  3. That's not it at all. It's a Jeff design, not a modified Tony "Eagle" design. The price point might be the same as an Eagle though; I don't know.
  4. A Raptor has a slightly narrower legstance than a Mach1. It's the same leg as on the Nebula. The armwings go to the hip instead of the knees on the Raptor as well. It's got grippers just like a Mach1. The only one of them is currently with Sarah Bratcher at Perris if anyone wants to demo it. Chuck
  5. I just got a load of new parts yesterday. A bare Stryker body for Aaron Stoccum that we are going to put together for him with some of my leftover parts; some symetrical plasti-blades for my Blade CP (they are the shit and totally indestructible); and some other nic-nacs. I have been flying the Blade on my FS-one simulator for some time now and believe I am about brave enough to try inverted flight on the real thing. What's the worst that could happen? If you don't have plasti-blades for your Blade you are out of your mind. Well, at least if you ball yours up as much as I still do.
  6. This is a fucking fantastic thread! Very funny shit.
  7. Steve, your suit if funny. The "caw caw" and "see ya" on the tail is neat. You ought to have it today or tomorrow.
  8. The men will be here. The gaylords will not. Wait, the texas guys will be here too.
  9. Yes, Tony makes them as well.
  10. Huh? I know plenty of gear stores that have them in stock right now.
  11. Relevance to skydiving at all? This is bonfire material.
  12. I can't find the single layer suit on the Tonysuits web site. Do you know what the retail price is? I think it's right around $400, but I can't say for sure.
  13. Everyone here at Z-hills just watched the takeoff. It lit up the sky very nicely! It was in full view for over three minutes.
  14. There are pics posted elsewhere of me in my S6 (and Vampire) standing next to the Mach1. It's very large.
  15. No, it's just a suit made with single-layer wings. It actually flys very nicely. There is video of Leah Turano flying one (and Jeff Nebelkoph as well) in the Flock and Dock 2.5 video. Leah does a nice "ass cat"; actually more of an "ass mount" onto Chris in the video. Does anyone here think the PF Prodigy not a wingsuit? Same thing applies here. It's just an inexpensive, decent flying suit. I have only seen two of them in the air. Chuck
  16. My avatar is my sky face. My wife always laughs because my tongue is out in nearly every skydiving picture ever taken of me.
  17. That's an outstanding series of posts, Yuri! Very well thought out. To everyone else: this is a perfect example of a great thread that does not need to be junked-up with nonsense. Chuck
  18. You beat me to it, John. I was going to say that I had never met a person with such a great, large melon as yours. Chuck
  19. If somebody shows up and just wants to fuck off, do flips, and have fun, then I will certainly accomodate them. If they tell me that they are seriously considering taking up skydivng, then I will take the extra ten minutes to train them up for a Cat A tandem. I ask every single customer what they prefer. Chuck
  20. Sally told me last week that she had 1000 hours of tunnel time now. You would not go wrong getting her to teach you anything.
  21. Isn't that great?! I told you he was fast.
  22. It's in the 110 foot range unless I am mistaken.
  23. That's Jeff Nebelkoph (Heffro1 on here) from right here at Z-hills, and yes, he is flying a wingsuit. it's all unzipped and flapping since he is under canopy.
