    Yes I am quite clean... I occassionally leave plates in the sink to get later if I am rushing out the door.. but I make it a point to vaccum and wipe the counters quite regularly. She on the other hand.. leaves food to rot in the little catcher in the sink instead of down the disposal.. never removes lint from the lint trap on MY dryer that i let her use... leaves crumbs all over the counters... sits full trash bags in the kitchen instead of taking it to the dumpster... I have yet to say anything to her... thats part of having a roommate... but it irritates me now cause shes saying i dont ever run the dishwasher or vaccum... I vaccum a lot... and i dont do dishes as often because i rarely use any and dont realize it needs to be done MB# 4012

    the thing that set this off was she posted a "cleaning schedule" with our names written on alternating weekends... 1. she already mentioned this and i agreed... i think a person about to have a masters doesnt need a calendar to remember this! 2. i clean when I am not at work or in class (she doesnt really work) 3. she scheduled it for saturdays!!! F THAT!! THATS MY SKYDIVING DAY!!! MB# 4012

    Yeah I think im going to have to... We have only been living together since december and I have to get through another year of this. Its just petty things.. which is why I was keeping quiet.. but lately shes been on my ass about stupid petty crap.... guess Im going to have to dish it back. MB# 4012

    Sorry for the vent... but my roommate has really been getting on my nerves lately! Probably has something to do with the fact I lived by myself for 2 1/2 years.. and moved into a two bedroom out of my favorite apartment ever so she could move out of a bad situation in a dorm like place thinking hell it will save me on rent too. To warn anyone considering this.... ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! MB# 4012

    Sport psychology... one of my professors is more interested in the cognitive side of it... my other is interested in the more social side of it... MB# 4012

    I have to come up with a thesis idea... wondering if anyone had any input. By the way... Im getting my degree in sport psychology... Here are some possibilities I have thought of so far.. 1. the importance of a preperformance routine in improving performance in sport (basically giving people a routine to do and see if they improve versus random routines and no routine) 2. self-presentational anxiety (like worrying about how others perceive you) as a possible explanation for deviance in sport (this would involve some kind of survey... or my prof had an idea of how to do this one) 3. addictive properties of extreme sports like skydiving (basically an excuse to use my friends as guinea pigs and rationalize living at drop zones

    I am the smallest one at my DZ... and often end up jumping in a Best Buy shirt because I raced to the DZ right after work to get in a jump before dark MB# 4012

    I have not got to travel for a while... so it would have to be the short trip to Titusville FL... went to Cocoa Beach, the Kennedy Space Center, and did my first skydive. :) MB# 4012

    I have a home dz that I go to every weekend if I can help it. Its a good dz and the people there are awesome... but if I am ever out of town I try to get in a jump wherever I am! MB# 4012
