    Funny. Mine worked the other way. My AFF jumps were an experiment in terror, whereas my first solo was SO PEACEFUL. Weird.

    congrats!! I finished my aff about a month ago. It was great. I did level six on a saturday, camped out at the dropzone, completed seven on sunday morning, and jumped solo all day sunday. good job on the frontflips. I still haven't pulled one off!! I always end up on my back. from my very limited experience, my advice is to do as many coached jumps as possible. i am not sure how things work at your dropzone, but at mine there are a few coaches more than willing to help. you will become a much better skydiver much quicker that way. --------------------------------------------------- http://www.myspace.com/rave4funn

    There is actually one DZ in Slidell, LA. However, I have jumped there and it was really a bad experience. I would not suggest going there. Now, I did jump at Goldcoast last weekend and it was great. Everyone there is great!! They are more than worth the drive. We had a group of fourteen jump (tandem), and the staff there made everyones experience the best it could possibly be.     What's up? I am new to skydiving. I made my third tandem jump last Sunday goldcoast skydivers in Lucedale, MS. They were a great group of people. Everyone from my group of fourteen is talking about returning soon to get certified. I should be returning the weekend of Aug 12th to get started. I highly recommend goldcoast skydivers to anyone.
