  1. Thanks skymama! As I wrote to Amazon, a big thanks for making me feel relieved and violently happy, that it's actually possible for me to have a go and jump. I will of course check the windtunnel out and hope it's not to far from London. How about when you are releasing your parashoot? How does that feel...Does it kill your speed really fast? Thanks again! Jules
  2. Thanks......! I have been so worried that I would never be able to try this amazing sport! Your reply and skymama's made me feel so relieved and violently happy! woohooooo!!! I will definetly check the site out and maybe, just maybe, one day I will become so hooked on doing this that I will try out some speed skydiving as well. Thankyou again and You will be the first one to know after I did my first jump! Jules
  3. Hi! My name is Julia but everyone I know (a tleast in England) calls me Jules. I do have a confession...I have never jumped before. But I do intend to give it a go. The only problem is that I do have BIG issues with accelerating speed...see my point??? How can I overcome this panic? I really, really do want to skydive!! Also...I met this guy a year ago who has been parashuting in the army for 3 years but we never exchanged numbers. So maybe someone here knows this guy from Luton who's name is Jim? He is around 25 with dark hair and worked as a builder when we met. I would be sooooo happy if anyone could help me find him, that I am willing to take on a challenge for a jump and even let some smirking photographer show the world what real fear and panic looks like!!! Jules
