not to negate this discussion at all, but when was the last time that the number of people jumping (tandems, students, and fun jumpers) went down? I feel that as more and more people have more and more friends who have done a tandem and loved it, they are convincing them to jump themselves. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. from where your going to be, i would have to say go with deland. if for no other reason than they are almost always turning loads. theres a ton of people there even on the weekdays so, barring our AMAZING florida weather has nothing to say about it, youll be able to make as many as you can in one day. the thing is, im not a tourist. i live in orlando. i went to deland cuz its closest to me now that i moved here from tampa. ive just never seen him before. anywhere. haha, but i love seeing random people i dont know in my pictures I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. I work at a movie theatre in orlando, so i get to see them all for free. i know the prices are rediculous, but please, dont berate the kid at the counter because of it. just had to say it. back on topic. gran torino was really good, i really didnt expect to laugh as much as i did. not to say it was a comedy at all though. i did AFF 1-3 the day after my 18th birthday. I worked the day before or i would have done it then. It took around a year cuz i had no money, but i finally got my A. same thing (kinda) just happenned to me, so im glad this thread is here. i talked with this guy who wanted an old canopy im just trying to get rid of. agreed on a price, and he sends me over 15 times what i was asking in USPS money orders. they looked legit, but i brought them to the bank and turns out they're fake. So the bank confiscates them and is apparently looking into it further. you know how that goes. I think he's been reported by now, but his username was kelvin dorris, which was also on the back of the envelope. the wierd thing is that on the money orders was the name Lisa Barney from georia, so look out for her as well. did my entire AFF there, everyone was always extremely helpful, prices are just like any other DZ so you know what to expect. Great packers, if your willing to pay. camping is free, always a plus. and even showers for you to use. the gear store is pretty good. on site rigging shop definitally a plus, tho personally never had to use it. overall a great place to jump if your in the area. on thing tho is dont try to get them to do anything out of their rules, very stict, and will not deviate from their norm.

It takes a lot to exit, we are a relatively small group of people. Its normal to be nervous. especially when you are switching gear all the time. on my first jump on my rig, i had INTENSE gear fear. when it came time to pull everything that was going through my head in the plane came right back. But in the end, it's all about confidence in yourself, and the ability to rely on your gear. I'd wait for you outside the courtoom. Taunting; when all of your appeals were declined.

it does exactly what the box says. really easy to set up, accurate, lightweight. I would definitely recommend this altimeter to pretty much everyone. However i would recommend getting either instrument gloves or the protektor, having this exposed can easily result in scratches. also it avoids using the included mounting system. the real time jump replay in really cool.

hey guys, So I've had this account for the past year or so, reading and researching everything I could before I started AFF this weekend. I made it through level 3 in one weekend at skydive city in Z-hills, I would have done more if it hadnt been so windy and I had more money on me. So now that im actually in this game, does anyone have any suggestions as to gear i should look at/consider, (consider im 5'10" 160) and if you have anything you think i could take off your hands send me a PM or email me at disturbedmst@aol.com . -Darby

hey guys, after taking my risers off, i seem to be having trouble reattaching the cutaway handle and getting the chord to go back through to the other side. does anyone have tricks or tips on getting it back in? I LIVE IN A CITY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ELEVATION. THERE IS A BRIDGE THAT IS NEAR MY HOME DZ. I WANT TO JUMP IT JUST TO SAY I HAVE AND ENJOY THE HOME JUMP. IT IS ABOUT 60-70 FT.
