when was Sarah Palin ever relevant? Gee she seems to be the spokesperson formost of the teabaggers out there We know she's in love with abortion doctor killers, usually people in her position will at least fake it and act disgusted.

when was Sarah Palin ever relevant? Your party selected her and her senile boyfriend to lead the country and they got 59M votes.

UK: Preacher arrested for saying homosexuality is a sin
Lucky... replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
To a large extent, the 1st really does allow you to intentionally harass people with your religious beliefs, in the US. Standing on a public sidewalk and shouting out religious rhetoric at passers-by is not only Constitutionally-protected speech, it's a time honored tradition. The man would have had to have been causing a HUGE traffic obstruction and disruption; otherwise a large body of appellate caselaw all over the US on these types of cases shows that his "disorderly conduct" case would ultimately get tossed out of court, especially if it reached the appellate level. Since these are misdemeanors, a cop can charge and a lower kangaroo court judge, who mostly aren't even lawyers, can convict. These cases are pure discretion, you cannot yell at people, be overly demonstrative and must disperse once told so by a cop. These are purely discretionary and arbitrary when it comes to court time. -

Sorry, back to your normally scheduled crucifixion of Obama, GWB and whomever else is on the table. -

Quite different when: 1) This is a private site, not subject to public-domain freedoms 2) You can turn off the browser if you don't like what you see, vs you cannot turn off some radical freak as you're running your errands 3) You have no legal expectation or right to anything here, in the street you do Not even a good abstract comparison, let alone a legitimate anaology. -

Source: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/religion/7668448/Christian-preacher-arrested-for-saying-homosexuality-is-a-sin.html Let's factor what happened here: Baptist extremist is calling people out and creating a nuisance by shouting religious rhetoric at passers by. He was disorderly and w/o a permit; he is in violation of several misdemanors. The 1st doesn't allow you to intentionally harrass people with your beliefs, just as the 2nd dosn't allow you to own a tank. There are limits to all constitutional rights. -
As the title reads, "Maybe not new, but still relevant." I don't recall Palin refusing to acknowledge Eric Rudolph as a terrorist as she was being interviewed by the media, so this is new to me per my memory. I was doing reading on the 10 worst prisons in light of the assholw who killed Halloway and the Peruvian girl, Vander Sloot. I ran across ADX and did a search of its current prisoners. No big deal, just citing an event about 2 years ago.

http://www.buckeyestateblog.com/sarah_palin_cant_say_abortion_clinic_bombers_are_domestic_terrorists_mccain_calls_9_11_cities_as_filled_with_elitist Palin can't refer to abortion bombers as domestic terrorists. She ducks and ducks, yet can't bring herself to state the obvious; abortion clinic bombers are terrorists.

With the honesty of cops, I think we know the butt was stikcing out of between the mattress and box. -
Yes Must feel pretty lonely in your house... I do not base my opinions on what others think of my opinions (unlike the left, media and politicians) Try it some time http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/worldonthemove/reports/the-cuckoo-chorus/

Well, your posts are consistent for sure.

1) Yet you voted for him. 2) Why? He can utter, "Tax cuts my friends" as well as fascist Ronnie; how is he not a Reaganista neo-con? 3) The media must have millions of registered Republicans who nominated him. 4) That a corporation must pay for their errors is a shakedown, yet SS, Medicare, etc are entitlements? I guess Union Carbide killing how many thousands in Bopal, India was a travesty that U.C. was blamed. I even enumerated them for you, there's 5 points for you to ignore due to inability to answer.

I quit being a homer 15-20 years ago. The palyers sell each other and the fans out. I mean, Man-Ram from Boston to the Yanks, sports are a joke. The real suckers are the ones who's lives rise and fall on their team, who doesn't give a shit unless it's to raise ticket prices. Don't forget Art Model and Cleveland, that's when I said who gives a fuck about any given team; I just watch for the drama. -

LOL!!! Yea, awesome. Did you have the same opinion I do about that SB? I read an article where the author took: - Turnovers - Time of possession - Offensive yards and compared it to all 39 previous bowls and that was the first where teh losing team won all three catagories. The Hawks were too good to make it look casual; it was a gift to Cowher for his lifetime achievement to the NFL. Hey, they keep getting more and more suckers to watch, so why change their business model? -

Uh, the conclusion you should be coming to here is that Boston's style of play (ie, more outside shooting, more pick and rolls) leads to fewer fouls committed against their shooters. The Celts went cold in the 4th and lost. This could have been fatigue. At the same time, Kobe finally started hitting shots, and the Lakers finally could make FTs. There is some truth to that, but looking at all 7 games, it was packaged from the start. As for Bos style of play, BOS cuts to hole all the time. -

Yea and Princesss Kobea could just slam into a Celt while out of control and get the foul. There is supposed to be a neutral area. This fix is good for the NBA; it sets up a 3rd match with these same teams with pretty much the same players. This officiating reminds me of the Seahawks/Steelers superbowl where they wanted Cowher to get a ring before he retired. There were 3:1 articles posted about how ugly and ridiculous the officiating was. If I were a player I would have to just keep thinking of my bank account and hot ho's. If you really wanted to win it would just kill you to watch the BS go on. -

That's where I am, look at some more data extrapolation: 1) Last 2 games, LA went to the line 56 times to Boston’s 27. 2) Last 3 games were LA 82 times; Boston 40 times. 3) LA went to the line more often 5 of the 7 games, with 1 game a tie. 4) More fouls were called on Boston 4 of the 7 games, with 1 game tied. 5) LA went to line at least 20 times in 6 of 7 games, the 7th was 19 times. Boston went to line at least 20 times in 4 of 7 games. 6) The last 3 games, LA went to the line at least twice as many times as Boston with the exception of game 6, where it was 19 to 10. 7) In the 4 LA wins, they went to the line more often with the exception of game 3 where it was tied. 8) In the 3 Boston wins, Boston went to the line fewer times in all 3 games to a 61 to 90 ratio deficit. This is bizarre as the winning team usually goes to the line more often, as at the end of the game the losing team will foul to get the ball back. I agree with your analysis of game 7, other games were different. -

it is not a deterrent only becasue there is little local effort put forth to stop it, shoot em, drown em, poison em, put snakes in the tunnels, I really don't care, illegal is illegal When we build the fence around Arizona, this is exactly what we're going to do to the white supremacists trapped inside Wait, bro; I'm here and not all Nazi'd out -- let me the fuck out 1st.

Which liberals are doing a 180? I dont know which ones either Most of them are just chasing their tails That is a 360, right? Well, if you consider trying to unfuck years of Republican messes, yea, that's what we're doing. Round and Round they go And where they stop, they dont even know It must suck to not be able to actually answer a point.

This illustrates the kind of rhetoric for which the RW stands. Go ahead and run teh country in the shitter, just do it in style and it's ok. And the antithises of doing it with style would be? Oh - I see, so you believe that running "teh country in the shitter"with no class is how you would rather see it done then? Explain how you think Obama is running he country into the shitter. Try and I say, ***TRY*** to use data and keep it in context w/o being abstract.
