depends on my mood. however i have a long commute to work and i listen to an ablum by the following bands all the way through at least once a week: slayer, tool, clutch, dream theater,and nevermore. a few others that get heavy rotation when the mood strikes- strapping young lad, acid bath, into eternity, cynic (only one album i know but man it's good), zero hour, keoki, dj icey, racer x, buckethead, and primus. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

in comedy timing is everything. and from the flow of your story it looks like your's didn't work. if you're going to follow someone's serious story with a joke topical to the previous story i find it better to say, speaking of ... i got one for you. that way you set it up as a joke. so they won't get surprised and possibly upset by an unexpected punchline in the middle of what they think to be a serious conversation. blue skies! diamonds are a dawgs best friend

1-0-0 did my lvl 8 on sat. got lucky too because i was on load 4 and during my debrief they put load 5 on hold and about 10 min. later the storm rolled in. texas summer weather- gotta love it. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

he's either insecure and has trust issues, or he has seperation anxiety and he gets angry instead of calmly discussing it. if your skydiving is the only issue then have a discussion (not an argument) about it and see what you feel you need to do at the end of it. blue skies! diamonds are a dawgs best friend

this sept. 20th will be my 4 year anniversary for quitting smoking. i had had a few failed cold turkey attempt in the past. however what worked for me was this pill program called "final smoke". diamonds are a dawgs best friend

was the song played about the same time every day? it can tend to happen with stations that play oldies or the hits of (insert decade here). they kind of get into a rut with thier playlist and play the same songs at the same time every day. i worked in a print shop a few years ago and the manager played the classic rock station and for about 8 months without fail they would play foghat's "slow ride" at 3:08pm. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

i owe beer for passing AFF lvl. 7 (on the 3rd). but i wasn't able to do it that day but i promised to bring it on my next jump. however now i've got family obligations the weekends of the 24th. and the 1st. and to avoid currency issues i'll need to jump this weekend. but i can only jump on sunday and i've got an early morning meeting on monday so i won't be able to hang out and drink beer. so should i bring beer and let everyone enjoy it in my absence? or make another promise to bring beer next time, when i'll be able to hang out? i don't want to seem unsocial, but i also don't want to be "the guy who dosen't bring beer". diamonds are a dawgs best friend

i'm fully addicted so i pretty much think about it constantly. i'm either on here, window shopping online for gear, reading my SIM, or mentally going over the dive flow for my next jump. and at work when i get asked if i can work some over time, i don't think of it in terms of extra money, i think of it as more jumps. i also find my self viusalizing landing patterns, noting obsatcles, and possible areas of turbulence when i drive past an open field. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

on the ride up it's usually what i listened to driving to the dz. which has lately been- pendulum, buckethead, john 5 or mastery. when i go out the door it's the "alive" part of tool's parabola. the other day i was at a gas station and they had that "walking on the sun" song playing on the over head speakers. thus resulting in instant and total recall of my first jump as that tune is on my video. diamonds are a dawgs best friend -
