What a pussy, hopefully he doesn't see it that way in his head, do you know how many lies he's gonna have to tell to cover that shit up, thats why politicians are liers, once you start one, its a slippery slope, I stand on my box, what a fucken pussy, not for the tandem but for the false impersonation of testicles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm with you Icon, who the fuck is more mature. The student who's rude, or the instructor who borderline commits a felony, depending on the type of phone price. People like that are latent nazi's, they want to punish people really bad. They are like the fucken assholes who just look for someone to do something wrong when they are driving so they can have a meltdown while pretending that they are perfect. Just kick the fucken kid out of class, and make him look like a pussy that needs attention, don't glorify idiocy with idiocy, it cheapens human beings, and as far as we know, we're all we got Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

Pink elephants. Its a good idea only for very experienced instructors with a great skill level for both flying and malfunctions, the pink elephant will be the loading on the risers when they have their first spinning malfunction, its killed many people who couldn't cut away, then you have the rsl, don't where it on tandems myself, I won't, I've had 23 mals, 15 of those tandem mals, and man alive, you can come off spinning and tumbling on a violent one, I've had the reserve pilot chute hit my foot before I made the choice to not use the rsl, I want to be stable before deploying the reserve. High performance canopies mean high performance mals, there opening up an area of liability, we already have enough of these out there Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

Great job, thats tought stuff, especially two in one day! You did your best, learn from it, I'm concerned that you have not put together what happened on the first one, that only means its still out there to happen again, tandem totals need scrutiny, bad. Do you have the long pin bridle on the main pin, I worked down at eloy back in 2000 and we suspected that it may have caused a total by getting somehow bound up in the three ring, we just couldn't come up with anything else. Good luck, we were using strongs there. PS. whenever I start getting hard openings, of streaming long ones that I have to pump open, I go right to line trim. I've found that when they get out of trim, the nose comes either over the slider cause the slack in the lines and gets so much air at that high speed that it forces the slider down just about like line dump, it fucken hurts. Or the nose stays back behind the slider cause of the slack and will not come out to catch air to inflate unless you start working it to open manually, welcome to the world of tandems. Scary shit, I usually open about five hundred feet higher when this is going on, Good luck, matt Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

The point is not that it happened, its how it happened. I had this happen in an otter in perris about seven years ago, I leaned forward at alt to start getting ready and my container came open, I had done a gear check on the ground. It opened because I'd been lazily sitting back in the "cool" position at the back of the plane, if this would've happened a couple of minutes later, wow. When you lean back in the airplane, it is possible to push the pin up and out, very very rare, but does happen. Be careful, death is imminant, you do have some choice in when and how! Don't take this the wrong way, but it sounds like you liked him a bit, somehwere, cause if you didn't, I'm not sure it would've been a problem setting limits and boundries. He would have seen I'm not interested probably quickly. Watch out for the vibe you send off. I could be very wrong, if I am, my bad, matt ps, if an student I wasn't into was flirtily touching my chestrap, they'd definetly get a don't fuck with me vibe quickly Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

Whats the funniest thing you do to tease the customers? Sometime I do a Chevy Chase fall down when I'm walking over to meet them, they usually just look down and start to laugh. Sometimes I have my hand nervously shake when we shake hands, and have a nervous tone in my voice too. Sometimes I tell them when they sign in, with a very serious face, that we do not like to brag but we do have a 75% success rate. I know you've got better than me, lets here em matt Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

I'm laughing so hard right now! Don't work for assholes Rob, it only encourages them. Sorry you had to put up with it, I've met some real people in this sport, I encountered some disasters too, that story about the chick and the dive loops, wow, thanks folks Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

Not toggle whipping, not that stupid, matt Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.

We've all done stupid things on skydives, and yes, we've made mistakes on instructional skydives. Anyone who says not is lying, through there teeth. Sorry the press scrutiny is bad, but you'll get through it, it happens, and skydiving happens, and skydiving accidents happen. Most skydiving instructors are conscientious, some are self centered idiots, just like any other profession, physicians, politicians, and yes, presidents, and they sometimes cause people to die, ever studied LBJ? I hope the press scares the public a bit, maybe they'll stop some of those cowardly tandems from coming out and acting tough, walking away and saying there "not scared." It'l stop the sport from validating this borderline society that wants to deny fear til we hit tragedy, again in this world. Skydiving is for people who accept accidents, imperfection, and the possibility that we, yes may die in this life, yes, death is possible, and it does happen. Use your judgement if you post, but don't create a shadow for our sport, of lies and perfection, like most other industries do. Skydiving is dangerous, and fuck ups happen Those stuck in maya, seek to be seen.
