Umm, I think the lack of initial stability is more likely to make him/her look like a newbie. As for smiling, on the contrary, I find that when I smile more, they know I'm doing well and are willing to give me more air.

To you guys and your snow days!! I just finished making 20 mats up for employees to sleep on tonight. Lucky for me, Mary lives literally across the street, so I get to crash over there. And shower. But she doesn't have a flat iron or a curling iron. Or a round brush. I pity those who will have to see me tomorrow au naturel, including sans makeup. On the other hand, getting ready for work will be a breeze!! Okay, off to help serve dinner to our residents.

Yep. I'm actually spending the night at work so there's someone to help the nurses tonight and tomorrow. I'm sending all my therapists home and telling them not to worry about making it in tomorrow. WooHoo!!!!

I'll probably get my girl card punched, but I just can't see spending that amount of money on a purse. Even at my worst shopaholic days, I thought $200 bucks was a ton to spend on one purse. I still do. Hell, I was looking at Dooney & Burkes yesterday, 300 bucks and they're freakin' vinyl!!! Of course, priorities are different for different people. I fly in the tunnel on a weekly basis at a rate of $11-$14/minute. That blows people's minds. There are many who don't understand that!

What a load of sanctimonious crap Good coffee is WHATEVER tastse good to that particular person. nothing more nothing less, it's individual I guess you missed the part where I said "Thats not necessarily true if you have a taste preference that happens to be different from the exportation grade." If all you have had is vanilla, how do you know you don't like chocolate,especially when you don't even know it exists? Well, to me the line "one doesn't real know what good coffee is" is very different in meaning to "how do you know you don't like xxx if you haven't tasted it?" Very different connotations there. IMO.
