If I would have been there later, I might have joined the topless soccer... yeah, Mike there was TOPLESS MINI SOCCER going on in the Hangar, and you missed it!! OMG really? Damn.. I always pass out early. Hope someone got video.. I think I was out by then too, maybe Geno has some video, he was pretending to sleep on the couch on the side of the hangar where that must have been going on.. OMG! I think he's still there?.. did anybody remember to drive him home?.. He was too sloshed to drive himself! ... I know 'cause he was dry humping my leg when I was giving him a hug before I left. I was at X-Keys that day. Father's Day, wasn't it? I heard it was 150 feet. I didn't see it, but I did hear the big KLANG of his brass balls, though. Did you see Will swooping the demo tent? Sweeeet ---Nover I din't notice that.. 'course I was pretty busy doing a few jumps myself.. speaking of courses.. er.. golf courses.. nice fairway on the first hole on that course near the dz.. not that I swooped it or anything.. or did I? chopchop gotta go... Yup.. or if the skyhook would have failed.. As it is, I just think it is a nice shot of something working properly. The fact that it is so close to the ground makes it freaky. I assume he broke some rules but I don't really care. I'm glad he didn't burn in in front of me. I can't vouch for his sanity or intelligence. so... Plaything and I were doing a little traveling.. and when we stopped at CrossKeys, they were demoing the skyhook.. a couple guys thought it'd be really cool so show everyone on the ground up close.. wanna guess how close? A few hints.. This pic was taken from the ground with a Digital Rebel and a 300 zoom lens.. He landed safely under his reserve after a short canopy ride.. His reserve was packed slider down.. Edited to add... this was done for demo purposes only.. the reserves were packed especially for this demo. Do not expect it is safe to deploy your reserve this low. chopchop gotta go...
