  1. Happy belated Birthday!!!! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  2. I haven't seen Sunshine in weeks, and I think I'm getting sad because of it. I've heard studies that have said that the lack of sunshine can do this to a person. Is this what's happening to me? Does anyone else get sad because of a lack of Sunshine? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  3. Oh, Clay! We never pay attention to you anyways! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  4. Why must you always crush my hopes? I thought you were going to talk sexy...not geeky! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  5. Best answer yet!!!!! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  6. Ooh...I just thought of a better way to say it. Being in love isn't so much about what's in that person, but it's more of what they bring out in you. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  7. That's definitely different than being in love. I was extremely close with a guy who was perfect. For awhile, I did think it was love. We got along great, we shared so many laughs, he taught me things about myself, I could trust him completely, and I did trust him with quite a bit. He is the perfect man, but he is not perfect for me. I've met the man where on paper, he is exactly what I would want in another person. However, love is never perfect. The perfect guy for me right now will be different than the perfect guy for me in 20 years. Being in love is more than knowing the perfect person (then, it really is just instinct.) Being in love is not perfection. It's more of a strive than comfort...whether it's a strive to get the most out of life, learn more about yourself, trying to better the world, etc all because you know that person. 8. It's kinda cute, though, like when we put my nephews in time out, and they still throw little fits! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  9. No kidding! I do many selfish things...jumping is a prime example of that. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  10. Yup, and it's also jealous, which is why you can have hudnreds of friends and family and only one partner. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  11. This is so sad. Nature has amazing powers to destroy and create. Sometimes, it's most beautiful landscapes were created by some of the most powerful destructions. You can be in awe of nature while still feeling sad for the thousands of people who lost their lives/families. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  12. Love is so funny. There are so many different kinds, but romantic love seems to be the most tricky since the standard is to have only one at a time. I define being in love as putting someone before you. Being in love means you actually strive to be better because of that other person. It also means that you want to get to know as much as you can about them because they are one of the most interesting people you know. It's the feeling that you want to spend every minute with that person but don't need to. It's the feeling where everything is "better" if they are there. Love is the one thing where we can't always define it by the way neurons fire. If it was simply due to reproduction, then I'm sure I would've fallen in love with the men who ran 10 miles a day and made twice as much as me. They could provide!!! You ask! 13. Okay, I was looking at it in more of terms of "malfunction." A lineover may not kill you (but will probably seriously injure you.) Well, yeah! Not for long! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  14. I guess I'm just unsure of the question then. If you rely on the AAD, then you are also relying on the reserve unless your aad is on the main. Your aad may function correctly, but your reserve may have been packed with a lineover. Yeah, I know, even if you open your reserve, it may still have that lineover, so it's independent of opening method (although, it's more likely an aad fires while someone is headdown rather than them opening their reserve while headdown.) 15. Yeah, I didn't think "Napolean Dynamite" was all that great. I wouldn't recommend it. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

  18. Good call! Considering the "roll" was a 256 mb memory card, I doubt anyone wants to see all of them! Hmmm....I have some good ice skating ones... There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  19. I love Rodman! He did an incredible job on my helmet!!! He's done quite a few team helmets, too (Airspeed, Sugar Gliders). He's an awesome guy, and he's an incredible instructor. Him and his wife go out of their way to help students in the sport, and they're just enjoyable to be around. I love Rodman! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  20. That, and relying on an AAD means relying on it and the reserve. So, you either put your trust in just the reserve, or you put your trust into both. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  21. I don't have a tunnel near me, but if I did, I'd be a strictly tunnel flyer in crappy weather/nights only. A big part of the reason that I skydive is for the visuals. A tunnel can never replace the sunset view in Empuriabrava. A tunnel can never replace seeing the clear view of the Chicago skyline with the lake behind it, and being able to see the other side of the lake and Michigan! I love playing up by the clouds. I love being outside. A tunnel can never replace that. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  22. DiffEq reminds me of why I disliked college at some points. I liked the material, and I think I got a B in there, but I also had one of the worst professors ever. He actually lost someone's exam, and he just gave the person a 95% because of it. The class part I liked, but I absolutely hated the "lab" part of the class. We had to use Matlab to do all sorts of funny equations and graphs. Nobody could understand how to do it, and if you didn't go to the extra help session they had once a week for it, you didn't pass the lab part because it never made sense.
