If you're American, I know you're grilling or eating BBQ somewhere today! So what's on the menu? Here I've got: 2 Ribeyes 1 1/2in thick marinating in some Italian dressing. W/garlic, pepper, red peppers & some assorted spices mixed in. Going to cut them into 4ths wrap them in a thick slice of pepper bacon. They go on the grill about 8 minutes a side to get medium rare. While grilling brush them with some Lea and Perrins Steak Sauce mixed with a small amount of red wine vinegar. To keep them moist. Only flip once for best results. Add some mashed potato salad. Boil potatoes, drain, mix in some heavy sour cream, roasted garlic puree & unsalted butter. Mash together, not so much as to remove all the lumps. Salt & pepper to taste. Not sure as to what else I'm adding to the list. Maybe some grilled shrimp & portabella mushrooms. So what's on your grill today? Don't forget the BEER & Fireworks. Happy 4th to you all.
