They are not even a COLLECTION AGENCY. They are a Clearing House. they buy old accts from charged off creditors and bring them back to life. Reporting to the agencies should NOT be allowed period, if they are not the ORIGINAL Creditor. First off I've had problems with my credit. I went through a long term relationship. We had joint accts etc.. When we broke up I wound up with alot of debt. They are not the original creditors. So it adds ANOTHER mark against you. After they've secured themselves on your Credit Report (all 3 majors) They call you asking you to pay this debt. They are a clearing house that buys old debt from charged off accts. Trying to talk to them or work with them in anyway is pure frustration. Fucking asshole comes to mind when I try to describe them. I have tried filing disputes with the reporting agencies. To no avail, they're as hardheaded an uncaring as Midland. *scream major obsenities* Beware if you have any old debt and your trying to wait it out. Seven years is the norm, cept in a bankruptcy cases. Which is normally ten years. Watch out for these fucknutz. They can and WILL screw your reports up with a massive anal raping.
