Was just stating what I thought. Not trying to make any changes. Letterman wouldn't go back to NBC. If he's still around when Conan takes over The Tonight Show, he'll basically stomp Conan in the ratings. Win win for Letterman. I guess I'm a throw back. No one can interview better then Letterman. Leno is an ass kisser and fawns over the guests. Letterman actually gets down and dirty and asks biting questions. Conan is another guest fawner, and his wit is a bit dry for that time slot. I still think Letterman should have gotten the job at NBC over Leno, but since he didn't want to suck Johnny's **** and wanted to make changes to the shows format. He was turned down. Oh yea and the money he would have gotten was less then Leno. I used to work in a "pit" of designers. We had a large conference table in the middle with alot of drawings and engineering notes etc.. Anyways, all our openings to the cubes we're facing the center table. Being the in the design studio you always had rubberbands. So we setup a goal in the center table. Object was to see who could get the most rubber bands in the goal. That lasted about 2 rounds and then it was just who could hit who in the eye. I got so bored yesterday, I went to the office supplies cabinet, took the 5 boxes of paper clips and chained them all together.. Then I put them back in their boxes and put them back in the cabinet. Bad thing is, in a couple of days I'll forget I did it and go get a box if paperclips. Then cuss myself. What are some of the assine things you've done at work to releive stress & boredom?
