will be at zhills for my second trip this winter! cant wait hopefully i will get the girlfriend to do her first jump. i called there today and got info on renting a trailer when we are there but i lost the info. does anyone know the prices per day or there email?

i will be going to puerto rico for the boogie in feb. just wanted to post this up here to see if anyone else is intrested in going. my airfare is booked already but will be booking my hotel soon.

i wiegh 180. so my exact wing loading im not sure? the spin was fast enough to push me into my harness pretty good. i didnt loose track of my alt. while corecting for the reason that this is the only thing that simply scares the shit out of me! not ashamed to admit it either, really do not want to have to use my reserve.

i just might have to come out there after the holidays. this sat is going to be near 50 so i am hoping they will be open again so we can have some more fun. girlfriend is already complaining that im going to jump on christmas eve if they are open.this is the look i got from her

i was at 3200-3000 when i was square and steerable. 500 feet above my decision alt. i was just asking to make sure that my problem couldn't have created more then i couldn't handle. i know that half the people you talk to about this kind of stuff are pro try and fix the problem and some are pro chop it. i guess it all personall pref. long as you are still hear when it's overwith.

i was jumping my second pack job and had my first malfunction. i was jumping a sabre 2 210, i had deployed at 4000 when canopy was overhead only about 2/3 was inflated and i was in a right spin. at first i whent to my handles, but realizing how much altitude i still had i decied to try and correct the problem. with further investigation i found that my right toggle was tangled. it when inbetween the riser and the brake line above the ring and jamed the line. i was able to get the line free and pump the brakes to inflate the rest of the canopy. was this the correct thing to do or should have cut away?

spring time would be perfect. thats when i will be buying my rig. i just looked at one today that i will need a main for if he still has it in the spring. so i will take it if i need it.

we had a good day of jumping today. there was good amount of people there for the cold. we were going to 10,000 all day a couple of three ways and two ways. the new caravan was not there yet. so it was the 207 better then nothing and 10,000 beats hop n pops any day!

sorry i took so long to get back here. i was in the city and lauren called for sat. i will be there but she did not say hop n pops so maybe we will get 13,5 if enough of us are willing to brave the cold. im in on that

i will be finishing my a card this weekend. i will be waiting until around spring time and until im ready for 190 or 175 main. to buy my first rig. i was looking at javelin, vector 3 or areodyne. any sugestions or ideas would be great. later

so i can expect to pay 40 a jump to finish my a-card wich is 10 jumps. they do not rent gear for the day?

hey i was'nt trashing sdli. i have a great time when im there. i only started this thread to introduce myself not to trash anyplace or person. i see that broke is not happy with ray and his place thats fine go start a thread about it with your name on it not mine!!! you know sometimes it's not about money if a few extra bucks for something is that big of a deal that you cant enjoy your time there go somewhere else!

all as i hear is great things!! cant wait actually i will be staying at an old friends house about 10 minuetes away. cold you tell me how to get to the sunshine factory, and will z-hills let me jump a demo rig even though im not done with my a card? technically i am off of student status wright?

i will be there the day after thanks giving. we had great weather here the other day and was stuck at work!!!!!!!! so i will make up for that when i get down there!!

thanks for the insight. i jump at skydive long island the coacjh jumps are the same price so that will not catch me off gaurd. do you know what the gear rental is for the day?
