I can't imagine you would need much. You are basically doing what a Chromecast or FireStick does. If you want to do 4K I suppose you need a graphics card that can output 4K, but I would think for the computer anything would work. For use with my Zwift setup (so I can ride a bike trainer in a virual world) I bought a used office tower off Ebay for like $150 and it works fine.

IIRC, the collins lanyard was more about riser breakage than poor / incomplete cutaway pulls. I remember back in the day (circa 2008) listening to our S&TA at safety day reminding the free-fliers never to use an RSL because a premature deployment at 170mph could break a riser and then lead to a double mal and death. The collins lanyard removed that argument against RSLs.

tender moments A rambling aside: I was in Ft. Meyers a few years ago and drove past a bldg. with a sign that said "Tender Moments" and a neon sign of a "stripper looking" woman. I assumed it was a strip club and thought the name was a play on words, like slipping a dollar in a G-string was a "tender moment" as in legal tender. Then i found out it was a XXX video store, so that was a let-down.
