I love this answer. Streatching will help us in or daily lives. Studies show that most injuries can be provented by stretching our muscles especially those back injuries that plauge the Fire EMS industry. Even simple streatching can increase our heartrate enough to get an ok workout. Also steatching helps us with increasing our ability to balance. Exercising daily. Not only will it help to keep your weight down, but it increases mental acuity, decreases the effect of allergins in the atmosphere, as well as many other health benefits. One other great health benefit is that you will recover from illness faster. Unfortunatly skydiving is kind of a lazy mans sport, because you can pay to have your gear repacked, and your heartrate changes only for the durration of the jump and as long as it takes you body to recover from it wch isn't actually all that healthy for us. Also you don't really have to be in great physical shape to jump out of a plane and arch. Something else you can do. Actually we all should do it. Get good shoes that help keep your legs aligned properly. A lot of problems can be solved by taking care of our feet. Speaking of cars the mommy van blew a head gasket... she was a good girl, but alas the mechanic said it just isn't worth fixin due to the high mileage. Bought it at the police auction a little over two years ago for $775 it was a great deal we only had to dump $1225 into it to get it road worthy. Now we are looking for something a little newer, but I refuse to pay 3k for something that has like 150k miles. I mean that is getting to head gasket blowing time. I don't want to dump 3k just to blow a headgasket on a new to me car... grrr. So now I am looking for something I am going to have to finance... yeah now I get to get ass raped by insurance wohoo. Propane, or oil heat. If you have propane/natural gas it is easy to light the pilot(for a second there I thought you had your pilot chute outside, but that would just be silly) just make sure the primary valve is turned on thn there should be some sort of an inline valve, and then you push the red button that should be there and then viola you have heat... i would have to agree here it is the faul of the parent for not properly motivating the child to learn. One could also say that the current job/housing market is to blame too. I have friends who have multiple degrees and they are still doing the same crappy jobs they had durring community college. Houses cost too much, and the jobmarket is oversaturated with educated personnel. The conclusion that may be drawn here is that an employer does not have to pay as well to find talent, and those who have jobs cannot hope to own a home. You just have to make it known to that particular guy that you are attracted to him. Sometimes some women are so attractive that a man will not even try to talk to her because he feels that she is unaproachable. Talk with his friends... some people may label you a "stalker" but I call it getting to know you better. In some instances yo may have to just about tackle the guy because he may very well be just that clueless. A lot of the guys who are in the chase are total assholes, but they get women all the time because they have the balls to approach them. Some of the other guys who may have some female friends that are considered "nice guys" or guys who are "too much of a friend" may actually be the guy you are looking for. So if you happen to have a male friend that you get a long with really well, and he will go anywhere and do anything with you chances are he is looking for a little more than just a friendship. A little I am getting tired of playing by myself, because I have no one to jam with, so it is tough to stay motivated to practice my skills, or lack there of lol. I can keep a beat that's all that matters. I found a group of people who wanted to jam like 3 times a week, and I was like woah there buddy I have a family to take care of I can't commit that much time to Jamming. I understand you have a band and want to gig, butchances are your band won't make it... especially on Long Island.
