Do you work for a big company, one that has policies and procedures and an HR department?? If so you need to pose this question to them. If not, well look into your states laws on employment. Seems like he is being a Richard head. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Come out here to CO and I'll take you on a some rides. The ride I do every other day has 2000' of climbs, and one of the hills hits 14% (according to my GPS unit). 14%, that's it??? Actually the hill I have to climb to get back to my house is rather steep, it's probably over 14% but it's a short climb. Right now i'm pretty sure any hill would kick my bootie. Give me a few months though. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Well, I make assumptions when I say most won't use it. Most hills don't warrant the use of it, and if they do, well they are more than your average roller. I gather she isn't going up substancial hills, but I could be wrong. If one needs to use it, by all means use it though. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Yup, lower gears like everyone says. So smalle gear up front, and then in the back it should be the larger gear or gear closest to the wheel. That is your lowest, and most won't use that. So maybe one down in the back, you'll find what works. Biggest advice I can give though is realize that you will go no where near as fast up hills. So you might crawl up it at 5 or 6 mph, and you'll feel like you're standing still. Standing up does use more leg muscle, and actually more energy. It has it's moments. It's also about weight distribution. But that comes later. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Ok, I went to see what was up with these as the goose has not been sitting on them all day. They do have writing on them. Bunch of numbers 0300008 or something. No it's not a date. So I dunno. I have no idea when they were written on, but I'm pretty sure if someone touched them the goose is gonna abandon them. I'd think they would be abandoned just because of the writing. WTF!!! I know one, that is 5 foot 3 or 4 and is as crazy as they come. However by smaller I don't think you just mean height. She is by no means big, but she isn't a spinner. Interesting theory. Skymama's #2 stalker -

I agree with turtle. The extension is if you are getting a refund, but you can file if you owe, you just have to pay a small penalty. Quicken is your friend Skymama's #2 stalker -

Take a deep breath, find the extension form for filing, fill it out and tada!!!! Then make sure you make an appt. with your accountant. I think they give you till October with the extension form. Skymama's #2 stalker -

These geese aren't Canadian, their heads don't flop around Does it make them residents of GA if they are staying here, thus no longer Canadian geese. ba dum dum chhhhhh Skymama's #2 stalker -

I know they don't have fur, it looks like they do when they first hatch though. I was joking the other day and said I was going to go down there and get them and when someone asked what I was doing I would say "Hey don't you know, goose eggs are good eatin". Skymama's #2 stalker -

I don't know, I saw that. I think it's just how the eggs look. I guess I could go down and get a picture close up. Those bastages will probably attack me though Skymama's #2 stalker -

Well I kind of doubt it, but the parents seem to be pretty far away. The office building I work in is very professional, cept for me, and so it's doubtful. So far it looks like the AM is the time they spend away from the eggs, which I find odd. The old office building I worked at had baby geese running around, but those dumb bastages were to bold and well most of those babies were run over playing in the street. Skymama's #2 stalker -

I can remember my first, and they were noice!!! I belive 36 D or bigger. I couldn't get enough of those. Then I moved on to a redhead who to this day had at one time the best ever, I believe 36 D as well. I couldn't get enough of those either. Last I saw her she had changed a little bit though, so I don't know if those are the best anymore. turtle I'm not givin you details!!! Skymama's #2 stalker -

Yeah it's sappy, but I think it's pretty cool. The other day we see one of the geese that frequent the pond/lake at the office building just chillin in the flower garden. I just blow it off as one of the geese being bold again. They get pretty bold here. The next day however I'm looking out the window and notice something different where the goose was sitting. Seems there be eggs there, 6 of them. Not a very secure spot to have layed them I think, but well, they should actually be pretty safe as there aren't really any predetors around here to get into them, I hope. So here are some pics from the office window, zoomed in alot. Maybe I'll get some pics of the furballs when they hatch. goose sittin goose eggs the stuff in the water is pollen, gotta love GA. Study - sex best when only lasting 3-13 minutes.
simplyputsi replied to lawrocket's topic in The Bonfire
they were talking about this on the radio here in ATL this morning. I missed most of it. I'll admit, it's fun to change it up. You want it quick sometimes, and others you want to take your time and make it last. The best I had lasted wayyyyyyy more than 13 minutes Skymama's #2 stalker - -

If I had a real road bike I'd probably be able to go a tad faster. I have a steel frame clunker, but I did have it stripped down to the frame basically and had some way lighter parts put on, including a carbon crank. I need to get a pic of it. Good for you on the training, 70 miles in 3 hours, I think you can probably do that. I can't. Skymama's #2 stalker -

Yeah, I wasn't really paying attention BTW I have not been able to get on my bike yet this year. Stupid rain, stupid cold, yes you remember I'm a puss and won't ride in anything under 60 degrees F. It appears my swim is coming along rather nicely though. Good thing is all the die hard bikers are getting rid of all the winter junk from the roads so I won't have as much chance of getting a flat. And that goes back to my biggest peeve... Use your freaking signals! Ahh but Remi, you missed where I said it's best the bike take the proactive role and integrate in so that the morons that are not signaling don't get the better of you. Skymama's #2 stalker -

You have a different set of parameters going on there, if you are talking about Golden Colorado. In the situation you speak of the bicycle does not have the right of way to go straight if cars ahead are signaling to turn right. In such cases it is best that the bike integrate into traffic and make the right turn as to avoid the person who might not see the bike or not signal that he is turning. Skymama's #2 stalker -
