But SOMEBODY's got to move here so they can fill up all the condos they're building downtown. I have no idea who they think are going to move into them all Lets see... I live in one... And they seem to be popular as ever. And my building is 97% occupied and selling at a good price still. No foreclosures. I think the bigger problem is the homes in Highlands Ranch. No one wants to live there. Or Green Valley Ranch, or Erie, or Southlands, or any of the other multitude of sprawling megadevelopments miles from anywhere that have gone up in the last few years. I've got a project up in Green Valley Ranch and you'd be shocked at the number of forclosures up for sale there. I think with higher gas prices, people will be looking to move closer to the city centers (like the condos). this is kind of funny to me. Only because Atlanta has been there done that. The condos will sell, who knows how they fill all those spaces. People will buy the homes far off in the distance regardless of gas prices. Not everybody works in town or needs to leave the house to do work. Don't fight it, just find you a nice plot of land and buy it up cheap while you can. Skymama's #2 stalker -

I don't think the spotting should be a problem as I recall it is a requirement on your A card. However exit seperation, that is a whole other story. Seems everything is all worked out though. I have an A, do I qualify. Never mind I also have a B Skymama's #2 stalker -

This post bears repeating. I'm sorry people but 120 is a good target to reach. If you're big then wear baggy, if your small then weights and slick tight stuff. It's like the tv Turtle, if you don't like what is on turn the channel. No one is forcing you to read that thread. I don't care where the thing is at, bonfire or womens. I think what you want is a dedicated mens and a dedicated womens ass thread. The mens could be in the women only and the womens in the bonfire. Feel free to start that womens ass thread anytime. I'm thinking the women on here though thought they were more than nice when posting to the Rack thread and now want their payback.
